From the reassuring and knowledgable help of our first phone call, to their quick response time when we requested their services and their professional work /effort (which included accessing above apartment)….. they were all fantastic The problem was identified quickly, further preventative damage measures were put in place and a professional report was presented on same day which could be given to building/strata management. All at very reasonable cost . Only way we could be happier is if building manager used BTTD In the first place !!
