Brisbane Taps Toilets and Drains

General plumbing work, hot water systems and blocked drains are the services that dominate the feedback, and the accounts are consistently favourable. Reviewers frequently highlight how swiftly the team responds to blocked drains, clearing the obstruction and then employing a drain camera to show the household exactly what had occurred inside the pipe, so the cause and remedy were explained rather than merely fixed.

Michael is named regularly, both for attending promptly to assess hot water units and for providing sensible guidance on bringing older systems up to scratch, while Ellis, Zack, Sean, Conner and Riley are praised for arriving on time, behaving courteously and completing work in a tidy, skilled manner. A point that comes up often is troubleshooting: rerouting pipework during kitchen renovations and adjusting tapware in laundries and shower rooms, with solutions designed to keep pipes clear of downstairs living areas.

Customers mention that pricing and explanations were given before any work commenced, and that communication continued throughout, including follow-up calls confirming everything operated correctly. Replacing flexi hoses and mixers across an entire property was described as well organised and considerate from the initial consultation through to completion. Taps, fittings and hot water units were also checked as part of visits, with advice offered on where to start a bathroom renovation.

Michael and his team are professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Quickly located and repaired undetected leak. Thanks so much.

Can't praise these guys enough for the service provided. I recently had a large amount of Flexi hoses and mixers replaced throughout my property. Through the whole consultation, booking and replacement process the team were professional, friendly and thoughtful. Would highly recommend.

A return customer; extremely impressed and grateful again ! When a plumbing issue in our apartment was unable to be identified in a timely manner by our building management, we contacted Brisbane Taps Toilets and Drains. From the reassuring and knowledgable help of our first phone call, to their quick response time when we requested their services and their professional work /effort (which included accessing above apartment)….. they were all fantastic The problem was identified quickly, further preventative damage measures were put in place and a professional report was presented on same day which could be given to building/strata management. All at very reasonable cost . Only way we could be happier is if building manager used BTTD In the first place !!

Highly recommend Brisbane Taps, Toilets & Drains. From the initial phone call right through to the team attending our property, every staff member was polite, friendly & genuinely helpful. We had an issue with a drain, which Michael came to assess & repair. He clearly explained all possible scenarios & the potential costs upfront, which we really appreciated. During our conversations, we also identified a few unrelated issues around the house, which the team were able to fix on the spot as well. Every staff member who attended was professional, approachable & kept us informed at every stage. They never proceeded without explaining the next steps or potential outcomes. Their efficiency was impressive. We also found their pricing very reasonable for the quality of work completed today. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. The plumber arrived on time (which was a must for our tenant), was very professional, and quickly fixed the blocked drain. They explained the problem clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They even called to go over everything with us before starting any work - so no nasty surprises.
