The Brisbane Plumbers

The Brisbane Plumbers draws consistent praise for the calibre of its workmanship and the professionalism of its team, with Clint, Joe, Cameron and Joseph each singled out by name across the feedback. Various customers describe punctual arrivals and quick diagnosis of faults, from leaking drainpipes and underground leaks to blocked pipelines and a main sewer line. Reviewers often mention that problems were explained in plain language and that detailed reports with photographs and video were provided, while communication before and after the job kept clients informed throughout. The emergency after-hours response is a point that comes up often, with one account describing a stressful situation turned around calmly and competently.

Tidiness and care for property also feature strongly, including a yard left in better condition than before the work began. Jobs completed include installing new toilets, fitting a hot water system, locating a hidden septic tank and repairing leaks in bathrooms and laundries, alongside gasfitting and drainage work. Praise also extends to neat finishes, reasonable rates and the absence of unexpected charges, with customers noting they would return for future plumbing needs. The team's friendly manner and thorough approach to diagnostics, rather than upselling, underpin the recurring themes.

After a 6am plumbing emergency - Joseph and Ollie were at our door within 5 minutes and were able to sort our flooding out quickly. Saved the day. Polite. Would recommend.

Cameron was excellent installing our new hot water system. His work was neat and professionally done. He was great to deal with.

We recently had some plumbing work completed by The Brisbane Plumbers, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A big thank you to Joseph, who was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything in simple terms, arrived on time, and completed the job to a very high standard. Thanks for a fantastic job!

Joe came out to an emergency blocked pipeline. He was very prompt, thorough and fixed the issue. He also took the time to clearly explain the issues and provided a detailed report with pictures and videos. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Clint and Steve did a great job! They came out to install new toilets and went above and beyond fix problems and have new toilets installed despite a number of challenges given to them outside of their control or doing. They communicate extremely well to ensure I was kept informed of what was happening throughout the process. There are not hidden costs of surprises!

Quick, friendly, and professional service from this company. Quickly diagnosed and fixed our shower issue and also quoted for some additional plumping work we needed while on site. Would recommend the Brisbane Plumbers without hesitation.

We had to use The Brisbane Plumbers for their emergency after hours service. Clint was an amazing help. He was calm, considerate and very competent. He turned a very stressful morning into nothing to worry about. He is the kind of technician you would follow if he left the company. He had nothing but great things to say about the company and made us very happy that our business was going to them.
