K-Oz Plumbing & Gas

The installation or delivery process itself draws consistent praise, with customers noting that jobs run from booking through to completion without fuss. A range of work is covered, including hot water system replacement, gas hot water decommissioning, blocked drains, roofing repairs and bathroom renovation, and reviewers describe the team as quick and efficient on the day. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with plumbers Todd, Ray and Nathan singled out for arriving exactly when arranged, working thoroughly and answering questions along the way. Tidiness also comes up, as old pipes and debris are removed and the site left clean.

Office staff Natalie, Nat and Andrea are frequently named for friendly, knowledgeable service, keeping customers informed by email and text from first contact, and owner Steve is praised for being contactable and offering genuine, conservative advice on complex issues. Several customers highlight detailed quoting and transparent pricing as a reason they return, and property managers describe the team as dependable for ongoing repair work. Smaller follow-up problems are attended to promptly, including a minor issue fixed shortly after a call, which reinforces the impression of reliability long after the initial job is finished.

Disgusting phone manner. Childish and plain rude. Couldnt even get a word in on the phone and laughed at my enquiries. So called 24 hour service...yeah thats only if they're not booked lol. Trust me and find a better place that can do better from the first interaction to the last.

Very detailed quote. Arrived exactly on time. Put in the new hot water system and cleared up all the rubbish. When there was a very minor problem afterwards, they came and fixed within half an hour of my phone call. Very impressive.

We have been using K-OZ for years and would not go anywhere else! Nat and Andrea who answer the phone are lovely, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Steve the owner is contactable for any complicated issues. He offers genuine and conservative advice with the clients best interest at heart which is a rarity in this day and age!

I would like to thank K-Oz Plumbing for the excellent service I recently received regarding an issue with my hot water system. My son-in-law recommended that I call them regarding my issue. From my initial phone call and email on Monday, the service was prompt, professional, and well organised. After sending through photos of the problem, I received a quick response and a booking was arranged. The team even checked with me to ensure the proposed appointment time was suitable, which was greatly appreciated. Ray attended today (Wednesday) and provided outstanding service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through the issue and the repair process, and made sure I understood what had been done. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to answer questions made the whole experience stress-free. A special shout-out to Ray for his excellent customer service and workmanship. It is refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who takes the time to communicate so well and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I would not hesitate to recommend K-OZ Plumbing to family and friends. They will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs and I’ll definitely be requesting Ray! Thank you again for a good experience.

Ray did an absolutely amazing job with our mum's house in calamvale, very much recommend and we will be sure to request him again. He came on time and was very thorough and efficient. He also was very friendly and answered all her questions.

What more could one want from a plumbing service. After kissing many frogs, have finally met my prince. From first contact, to Nathan arriving to replace our toilet seal, everything, including the price was spot on. Thanks.

I am a property manager, and I can honestly say K-Oz Plumbers are professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue and fixed everything efficiently without any hassle. Communication is always excellent from start to finish, and the pricing is fair and transparent. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but KOZ Plumbing definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing work!
