Disgusting phone manner. Childish and plain rude. Couldnt even get a word in on the phone and laughed at my enquiries. So called 24 hour service...yeah thats only if they're not booked lol. Trust me and find a better place that can do better from the first interaction to the last.

Very detailed quote. Arrived exactly on time. Put in the new hot water system and cleared up all the rubbish. When there was a very minor problem afterwards, they came and fixed within half an hour of my phone call. Very impressive.

We have been using K-OZ for years and would not go anywhere else! Nat and Andrea who answer the phone are lovely, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Steve the owner is contactable for any complicated issues. He offers genuine and conservative advice with the clients best interest at heart which is a rarity in this day and age!

I would like to thank K-Oz Plumbing for the excellent service I recently received regarding an issue with my hot water system. My son-in-law recommended that I call them regarding my issue. From my initial phone call and email on Monday, the service was prompt, professional, and well organised. After sending through photos of the problem, I received a quick response and a booking was arranged. The team even checked with me to ensure the proposed appointment time was suitable, which was greatly appreciated. Ray attended today (Wednesday) and provided outstanding service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through the issue and the repair process, and made sure I understood what had been done. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to answer questions made the whole experience stress-free. A special shout-out to Ray for his excellent customer service and workmanship. It is refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who takes the time to communicate so well and genuinely cares about providing quality service. Ray did an absolutely amazing job with our mum's house in calamvale, very much recommend and we will be sure to request him again. He came on time and was very thorough and efficient. He also was very friendly and answered all her questions.
