Great service, a lovely guy, floor toilet leak flange removed and replaced/fixed today. Rhys went out of his way to fix some of my taps as well that needed attention. Phoned Jims through the HQ/generic number and within a minute I received a call back from the Chermside franchisee (Rhys). He asked a few questions and requested some photos, and within about 30 mins I had quote through. Pricing was fair and the Saturday callout fee was what I'd expect to pay for anyone to have come out during businesses hours anyway. Best of all he arrived less than three hours after I first made an enquiry with Jim's - and on a Saturday.
