Jim's Plumbing Chermside

Across Brisbane, clients of this plumbing service repeatedly name Rhys as the tradesman behind their positive experiences. Accounts frequently highlight his communication, with customers noting that he keeps them informed about scheduling and timelines before and during the work. Punctuality is another theme that recurs, alongside an ability to complete tasks quickly while maintaining a high standard of finish. The calibre of the completed work draws consistent praise, whether the job involves installing a gas cooktop, replacing toilet suites and tap fixtures, re-plumbing a kitchen sink or removing a disposal unit.

Reviewers describe quotes as reasonable and fair, and one account notes that a second opinion obtained from Rhys proved far more sensible than an earlier quote. His expertise and advice feature as well, including guidance on locating an underground leak and suggestions for reducing the cost of tracing it. Customers mention a friendly and approachable manner, a readiness to answer questions, and careful attention to detail. Repeat bookings are common, with several clients engaging him again for further jobs, and repair work on outdoor pipes cut by machinery, hot water system replacement and gas fitting all appear among completed tasks.

Rhys installed my gas cooktop. He was very professional and did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Rhys was awesome! He was great at communicating and very punctual. He also worked quite quickly and answered any questions I had. Definitely would recommend and would call him again for any plumbing needs.

We recently engaged Rhys from Jim's Plumbing to replace both of our ageing toilets plus remove a disposal unit and re-plumb the sink. His work is of a very high standard with great attention to detail. A pleasure to work with! Cheers!

What a great tradesman! Rhys is great with his communication, knowledge, and focus on getting the job done right. Already booked him again for further works!

Great service, a lovely guy, floor toilet leak flange removed and replaced/fixed today. Rhys went out of his way to fix some of my taps as well that needed attention. Price was excellent, what he quoted remained firm, I highly recommend people to use him. I only just met him today and I’m a very happy customer. Kaye P Griffin 4503

Phoned Jims through the HQ/generic number and within a minute I received a call back from the Chermside franchisee (Rhys). He asked a few questions and requested some photos, and within about 30 mins I had quote through. Pricing was fair and the Saturday callout fee was what I'd expect to pay for anyone to have come out during businesses hours anyway. Best of all he arrived less than three hours after I first made an enquiry with Jim's - and on a Saturday.

Highly recommend Rhys (of Jim's-Chermside). Rhys successfully repaired a couple of leaking and rusting box gutters. He provided a fair quote, kept me informed every step of the way and was reliable, professional and friendly. I appreciated his attention to detail and giving that "bit extra". Thanks Rhys-very happy with the result.
