A Grade Plumbing and Gas - Plumber Brisbane

I had A Grade Plumbing attend my apartment this morning to address a leaking shower mixer tap. The technicias Max S & Adam were both great to deal with, prompt in service, very informative throughout, professional & kept a clean working environment which is great & says alot about how they respect an owners home. They replaced the internal cassette of the mixer tap which had worn & was causing the leak, then completed an inspection of all other outlets, taps, toilets etc as an added audit to their service to make sure any issues didn't become a bigger problem later down the track. All was good thankfully & the team went on their way. The communication from A Grade Plumbing has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish & the text message received 30mins before arrival letting you know the technician is on his way is a great customer service feature. I have previously worked in the service industry running my own team, so I appreciate when this level of service is done well. Great work A Grade Plumbing, I definitely recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Max from A Grade Plumbing and gas highly enough. He attended our property over the weekend for an emergency sewer overflow and was outstanding from start to finish. Max arrived promptly, quickly identified the cause of the problem as significant tree root intrusion and also identified a major leak, Max explained everything clearly and professionally. His knowledge, expertise and attention to detail immediately put us at ease during what was a very stressful situation. He worked efficiently, treated our home with respect, and went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved safely. Mitch and Kye were incredibly helpful, professional and informative throughout the entire job. As someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything clearly. To the plumber named Max C who came out and fixed my exploded water heater on a Saturday!!, YOUR A LIFE SAVER, he answered straight away and travelled over 2 hours in harsh traffic to help me out!! He answered all questions I had and gave me his number to text him if I had any further question (I definitely did) and he answered promptly and in almost straight away. I was supper stressed and he came and fixed everything which took him nothing over a couple hours. My hot water was fixed and back working immediately. He was so lovely to everyone in my home and was just a genuinely kind person. He reassured me I did the right thing and fixed my problem without any hesitation. A grade plumbing was amazing 10/10!! This guy deserves a pay rise, I’ll be definitely asking for Max c next time I need a great plumber and I’ll be recommending these guys to all my friends in need!
