I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Liam was our first point of contact and was professional, knowledgeable, and honest from the very beginning. He came out to our property, thoroughly inspected everything, and identified multiple plumbing issues that needed attention. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided us with a very reasonable price for the amount of work that needed to be done. The team that came out to complete the work were outstanding. They were punctual, friendly, hardworking, and their workmanship was exceptional. They treated our home with respect and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. Amazing plumbing service. Liam, our knight in porcelain armour, was sent over, a most honourable and upstanding gentleman, of fine moral fibre. Showcased outstanding negotiating abilities as he haggled with my stubborn father, but in the end set us up with a great deal. Liam is indeed a persuasive salesman and talented plumber, and we thank him for his services :)

1. I made an appointment over the phone, and the technician arrived within the scheduled time frame. 2. I was quoted nearly $2,000 to replace a standard water tap and two isolation valves. I decided not to proceed because the price was much higher than expected. I later hired another plumber, who installed a higher-quality tap and replaced the same two isolation valves for $450. 3. There was a $99 call-out fee. This was mentioned briefly and very quickly during the initial phone call. When I later asked whether there would be any charge if I chose not to proceed with the work, I was told there would be no fee. In reality, the $99 call-out fee still applied, which is understandable, but this could have been communicated more clearly. Overall, they may be a suitable option for emergency repairs if speed is your priority and you are comfortable paying significantly higher-than-average rates.

Nick was fantastic, he was contacted last min but n a Saturday and came over, fixed our leak and we were away. He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely use Nick again. Thanks

Nick and Josh arrived promptly on-site in the morning and addressed the multiple issues we had: leaking pipes, dripping taps, low water pressure. They were also accommodating with another issue we’d thought of while they were on-site and gave us multiple options to fix it.
