Jetset Plumbing Brisbane

Arriving when promised and talking customers through each stage of the work emerge as the clearest strengths in these accounts. Tradespeople such as Jem, Rhys, Keith, Jacob, Dan, Doug, Windom and Will are described as punctual, polite and willing to explain problems in everyday language, offering options before any work begins. Hot water system replacements appear frequently, with customers noting that choices were matched to their budgets and that installations, along with a solar hot water repair, were completed the same day.

Blocked drains, high-pressure cleaning, pipe relining, a vanity replacement and kitchen tap work also feature, and reviewers frequently point to careful testing plus tidy clean-up, including packaging taken away. Advice on maintaining household plumbing is another common thread, as is being kept informed from start to finish, with several customers mentioning repeat business built on honest assessments and respectful handling of their homes. Patience with questions and a friendly manner come through across jobs both large and small, and the same standards are credited whether the task is a routine repair or a full installation in Brisbane.

I’d like to thank Rhys, Tye, Josh and Jack from Jetset Plumbing Gold Coast for the amazing job they done today.

We needed a new hot water system asap and Dan Jacob and Doug were here in a few hours. We were given options within our budget and the job was completed the same day. It’s always a pleasure having your team fix our issues. Keep up the good work guys. Jeremy.

Great 👍 job. The plumbers and electrician worked tirelessly all day to get the job. It was so easy working from home while they were busy completing the work. Jetset fixed a number of problems that had been overlooked by the previous owner of my unit. Thank you 😊

We had such a great experience with Jet Set Plumbing Brisbane! Rhys came out to our home in Redland Bay and was absolutely fantastic from the moment he arrived. The $0 call-out fee was a huge bonus, and he quickly tracked down the leak to the solar panels on our hot water system. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and was honest about what needed to be done. What I appreciated most was how patient and kind he was with my kids who were home while he was working. He never seemed bothered by the extra distractions and was so friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience much less stressful. It's not often you come across tradies who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely care about providing great customer service. Thanks again, Rhys, for making a frustrating situation so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jet Set Plumbing Brisbane to anyone looking for reliable, honest plumbing services!

Highly recommend Jetset Plumbing! I dealt with several staff members, including Jem, Jacob, Jakob, and Andrew. They were all friendly, punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Great service from start to finish (pipe reline).

Had Rhys (Howie) came by this morning. Very impressed with his work right from the start. Being on time - right on the dot of 7am. Points for that. He was efficient and quick. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Even took the rubbish (the packaging for the kitchen tap) away. It is evident he loves his job and working at Jetset. Always happy with the work at Jetset (despite it being a bit dearer than other plumbers). But I trust Jetset would always do a brilliant job. This shows good leadership from the boss. God Bless!!

Jacob from Jetset Plumbing fixed our hot water system, and he did a fantastic job. He was punctual, professional, and friendly, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. His workmanship was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s great to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Jacob from Jetset Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. Thanks again for a fantastic job!
