We had such a great experience with Jet Set Plumbing Brisbane! Rhys came out to our home in Redland Bay and was absolutely fantastic from the moment he arrived. The $0 call-out fee was a huge bonus, and he quickly tracked down the leak to the solar panels on our hot water system. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and was honest about what needed to be done. What I appreciated most was how patient and kind he was with my kids who were home while he was working. He never seemed bothered by the extra distractions and was so friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience much less stressful. It's not often you come across tradies who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely care about providing great customer service. Highly recommend Jetset Plumbing! I dealt with several staff members, including Jem, Jacob, Jakob, and Andrew. They were all friendly, punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Great service from start to finish (pipe reline).

Had Rhys (Howie) came by this morning. Very impressed with his work right from the start. Being on time - right on the dot of 7am. Points for that. He was efficient and quick. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Even took the rubbish (the packaging for the kitchen tap) away. It is evident he loves his job and working at Jetset. Always happy with the work at Jetset (despite it being a bit dearer than other plumbers). But I trust Jetset would always do a brilliant job. This shows good leadership from the boss. God Bless!!
