Ethan did an amazing job at our place at Underwood (Job #121022445). Being an older home he had some tricky areas to work around, and he always consulted with us about any issues or changes to plans. He was very polite and considerate, but most importantly he did a very professional job which we are very happy with. I’d highly recommend him to others who have plumbing needs.

We had Reactive Plumbing fix a leaking toilet. It turned out to be a long and complex job, but Wez was very thorough, professional and cheerful throughout. He explained the issues and our options well. We would definitely use Reactive Plumbing again. 121022609

From the start the service was very professional. The reaction to my request was quick. Jaidyn has tested the installation and confirmed problem with Rheem unit. He adjusted water pressure and provided us with a comprehensive quote for a replacement hot water system. We also got lucky because after switching off the Rheem unit for a bit and powering this up again, the unit returned to normal operation - miracle. However, if the unit does not longer work we know where to go - Jaidyn is your Man! Thank you for your help.

I had a MAJOR plumbing issue (old pipes requiring an inversion) that Reactive have resolved quickly and professionally. The team members (Keanu, Sean, Jonny, my memory for names is not great I'm sorry, I'm talking about all of you!) were polite and courteous at all times. Josh worked with me to make the financing as manageable as possible. Given the magnitude of work, everything has been completed with great success. I've been given great confidence in the work with the warranty and follow up service I've received. I really can't speak highly enough of Reactive.
