Carrick Plumbing & Roofing Coffs Harbour

Households, landlords and renovation projects around Coffs Harbour recur throughout accounts of work carried out by this team. Quick attendance on urgent matters is a theme that surfaces again and again, whether the call concerns a gas leak, a burst hot water tank, a blocked gutter or a leak beneath the front lawn. Reviewers often describe tradesmen arriving when promised and resolving problems within the same visit, sometimes within the hour, and several customers highlight clear communication from the first call through to follow-up, including one instance where a gas tank placement was adjusted without fuss.

Pricing is consistently described as fair and reasonable, and the standard of finished work draws comment, with careful handling of brushed brass tapware during a bathroom renovation and thorough clearing of gutters and downpipes.

Named staff feature prominently: Jimmy is remembered for punctuality, efficiency and a friendly manner, Blake for diligence, Cale for cheerfulness while dealing with unpleasant drainage work, and Josh with his apprentice Jack for polite, high-quality craftsmanship. Roof and drainage inspections that uncovered further problems before they escalated are singled out as valuable, along with the same-day installation of a replacement gas hot water system. The consistent note is capable, tidy workmanship across plumbing, roofing, drainage and hot water jobs.

No problem getting a booking, arrived on time did an investigation into the leaking shower and despite the fact that the shower was leaking decided there wasn't an issue apart from needing a bit of silicone in one corner. Replacing the gyprock in the hallway revealed wet timber and a quite obvious leak from the plumbing. When I called again a different plumber came out and fixed the issue but we ended up being charged extra for the second call. Notr at all impressed.

Water spraying from my solar hot water panel and then leaking into roof cavity & through the ceiling in the Christmas/New Year period was far from ideal. After trying a few options to get some assistance it was Dan and Pat from O’Brien Plumbing & Roofing Coffs Harbour that resolved the problem. They were very lovely to deal with and were at my home with the problem fixed in a short amount of time. I can not thank them enough for taking away the stress and worry that I was having over possible damage to my ceiling. Thank you again and wishing you a wonderful new year and 2024 💙💛

Professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with - what a team! They helped us out when our hot water tank exploded and installed a new gas system. A hiccup after the fact with the gas tank placement was no issue for them to return and rectify. Would definitely recommend and continue to use.

O'Briens were able to book me in quickly and able to give approx time. Nathan the plumber rang 1/2hr before to confirm he would be on time, he was friendly and knowledgeable and thorough and account when received was very reasonable. Would have no hesitation calling them again or recommending them to friends

My tenant advised of a leak in the front lawn. O'Brien's were able to send someone to the property immediately. Dug up the area of the leak to find the problem. All resolved within the hour... very professional service, easy to deal and communicate with. Affordable pricing.. highly recommen their services.

Rang on the day about a gas leak. Excellent customer service, responsive. Detected leak, fixed it and sorted on the same day. Really good team that communicate well and at a really reasonable price. Thanks team, have definitely found my local plumber!

The men from O'Brien's Coffs Harbour business came out and did a fantastic job for me on my badly blocked gutters and downpipes. Fast, efficient and very thorough. While they were at it, they did an inspection of the roof and drainage system, and picked up other problems that needed urgent attention. Without that I would not have known until I had big issues. Its the kind of old fashioned service we used to have. I would recommend the Coffs office services without hesitation.
