Scooper Plumbing Drainage Gasfitting

Around Coffs Harbour, Scooper Plumbing Drainage Gasfitting has built a reputation through the work of Shannon, who features in the overwhelming majority of customer accounts. Reviewers repeatedly highlight his depth of knowledge across drainage, gasfitting and hot water, with several describing how he diagnosed blocked kitchen sinks, failing pumps and ageing pipework and set out the options clearly before starting. Something that features in review after review is the standard of communication, from the first phone call through to the finished job, along with punctuality that sees him on site promptly and work completed within days of the quote.

Customers describe fair, competitive pricing, tidy sites and careful attention to surrounding surfaces, including reinstating a concrete path after exposing a sewer line. Named projects range from replacing hot water systems and repairing leaking shower taps to sub-soil drainage, excavation for a natural pool, rainwater tank pumps and filters, and a GEOHEX driveway crossing. His advice on wastewater management and cost-saving measures is mentioned by those planning larger builds, and the friendly, straightforward manner leaves clients comfortable arranging return visits for permanent repairs.

My kitchen sink was not draining and the water was banking up with the threat of flooding the house. Shannon promptly came and after investigation asked to look at our sewer diagrams from when the house was built. He located the problem. A concrete path had been placed over the pipe which needed access. He cut into the concrete exposing the pipe and then fixed my path. Shannon was very helpful and the end result was fantastic. I would recommend Shannon for any job. I am extremely thankful.

Shannon responded quickly to a rather ‘stinky job’ we needed doing asap. Our waste water pipe had come off the straps holding it up. This resulted in the pipe cracking and a section needing replacing. Shannon was able to get this sorted, with a minimum of fuss and mucking around. Price was very fair and reasonable. Prior to contacting Shannon, I checked out reviews from past customers. Must admit, I was a little bit doubtful, but having seen his work, have no doubt that 5 stars are well and truly justified. No hesitation in recommending Shannon for further plumbing jobs!

Shannon From Scooper Plumbing was so Helpful with Cost Saving Advice and his deep experience with Wastewater Management was invaluable to a Project i am about to start. Thanks Shannon!

Phoned Shannon on Friday afternoon re pump not working in rainwater tank and he was on site first thing Monday morning. After ascertaining pump was unable to be repaired, Shannon left to purchase a new pump which was promptly installed as well as a new filter. He achieved the best water pressure we have ever had in our system. We cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided and the quality of workmanship. It was a pleasure having him working at our property and would happily give him 10 stars. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.
