Ocean Vibes Plumbing

Rapid, same-day response to plumbing faults is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Coffs Harbour operator. Customers describe Tristan as quick to act, with several noting he arrived within a couple of hours of making contact, including one evening emergency call about a snapped tap washer. The work itself draws consistent praise: sink waste and drainage faults, a leaking sink, a hot water heater replacement, a kitchen sink mixer tap and a new gas connection all feature in the accounts, and reviewers repeatedly describe the results as efficient and finished to a high standard.

Clear explanations beforehand come up often, with customers noting they were talked through the problem and the intended fix. Tidiness is another recurring point, one account highlighting that the home was left spotless once the job was complete. Reviewers also value the follow-up, including a check afterwards to confirm the repair had held, and the manner of the tradesperson, consistently described as friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Extra care with small finishing touches, such as new plugs supplied after a repair, and checking for other potential issues while on site, appear in the feedback as well.

Tristan is an excellent plumber who fit me into his schedule quickly and charged a fair price. He arrived, completed the job efficiently, and moved on to his next appointment—no upselling or unnecessary replacements. Highly recommended!
