Mr Plummer Pty Ltd

Mr Plummer Pty Ltd is a name that recurs warmly in feedback from the Coffs Harbour area. Trade work described by reviewers spans blocked and broken stormwater drains, leaking taps and mixers, a toilet that would not stop running, and a sink that turned into an indoor fountain, alongside hot water and gasfitting jobs covered by the business's service listings.

Brad is the staff member most often named, praised for arriving quickly to out-of-hours calls, explaining how a drain break was detected, and showing genuine care for the problem at hand. Angus, Brodie and Lauren also appear in accounts, with Lauren handling booking and quoting and the wider crew described as well mannered and efficient. More than one customer describes punctuality and speed as a consistent strength, noting same-day or next-morning attendance and quick turnarounds on rental repairs.

Clear communication from the first phone call through to follow-up is a point that comes up often, as is fair, competitive pricing and thorough workmanship that extends to checking other fixtures while on site. Tenants and landlords alike note that urgent leaks were handled calmly and left the property tidy, and several accounts note the friendly, personal manner that made stressful situations easier to manage.

I would sincerely like to thank the team at Mr Plumber for their immediate response to a leaking mixer at our rental property. The leak was discovered by the tenant and having it repaired on the day certainly made their day a lot less stressful. Thanks
