Can't find a reason to fault them. Technician was excellent when scoping the job, fault finding, and answering questions. Quote was pretty much what I was expecting and the resulting work was excellent. Will definitely be using again when the need arises.
They emailed me yesterday said they would be here at 7.30, and they were. The young lady was polite and professional. Hit a snag with the refit of the kitchen tap and sorted it out without fuss. Great service and I could tell she took pride in her work. Thank you for the effort to make sure we had running water for the long weekend. Very happy with the job done. thank you young lady, you did a great job 👌
Tara was an absolute legend. Extremely professional & knowledgeable. Sorted the leak under the sink, directed me on installing the dishwasher all while not making me feel silly and having a laugh.
Hot water system split, but Convenient Plumbing Services sent a team around within an hour to give a quote and start organising a replacement. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend.
Replaced leaking isolation tap and some pipe as well. Job done quickly and neatly. Staff member skilled and friendly, the completed work looks great and no leaks! Thanks
These guys are crooks. We had a bad leak where a pergola roof butts up against the gutter of a building roof. Convenient Plumbing gave us a free quote as did another plumbing service, unlike several other plumbers who wanted to charge for the quote. Convenient Plumbing identified the problem as blocked gutters with leaking joints. They quoted $650 to clean the gutters and silicone the joints. The other business quoted $250 for the same work but would not guarantee that it would fix our problem. We chose Convenient Plumbing because they would do a thorough job. They sent out two technicians (possibly apprentices) who did not clean the gutter, just siliconed the joints which did not fix the problem. They identified the problem to be over-bedded valley gutter. I ask myself, why wasn't this identified in the first place? Was the quoter looking to hook us into more work? We subsequently got Trevor Dawson Roof Tiling to give us his opinion (we didn't tell him our experience with Convenient Plumbing). Trevor found the over-bedded valley gutter problem and fixed it in 10 minutes at no charge! Stay away from Convenient Plumbing and go Trevor Dawson, you are a champ, mate.
The Convenient Plumbing team is so friendly. Had a great interaction with their receptionist & the team member that came to do the job was really polite & even took the time to explain the problem & listen to my concerns. Thanks again, highly recommend.
