Plumber To Your Door

We had call plumber to your door about our hot water . The boys put in a new hot water tank and we are so happy to have call plumber to your door thank you Scott and the boys will allway be calling you from now on Very happy

Scott was great and came out at a moments notice. I appreciate his dedication and his patience.

My property manager advised me that my hot water service wasn't working and that they needed to call out a plumber as an emergency and attend to it right away. She called out plumber to your door. When we got the invoice we realised that we'd been charged over $1000 in labour for a job that takes 1hr. We emailed and called. Gavin admitted that the job only took an hour and that the charge for the labour was $1000 but did is a fixed price and he would not amend the invoice

Dodgy plumbers that dont fix the problem. Didn't fix the leak in my roof. Rang and asked them to fix leak... again. They then said they would send another quote the next day to fix it properly. Didn't receive a quote next day. Rang again and told by receptionist it would be sent.. Emailed asking about quote but heard nothing. I gave a bad review and suddenly there's a quote for the entire roof screws to be replaced even though i just wanted a small leak fixed.. If you want a business with integrity dont pick this one. Communication skills also horrendous.

Worst company we have used. They started the plumbing work on a new kitchen install and then never turned up again. The kitchen fitters or I couldn’t get hold of them again at all which delayed the install while we found a new plumber (Top to bottom plumbing to the rescue). The next contact we had with them is 6 months later when they want paying for the day that he did turn up, no apologies or anything, just pay the bill. I understand that they do need payment for the work they did but what about the delay to the kitchen install and the hassle of finding other available plumbers to finish the job off.

Great communication, prompt and reliable! When you live out of town it gets difficult to get services who are happy to travel without charging double. Gavin and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, competitive pricing and now my place has a complete gutter revamp. Highly recommend.

Kind, friendly, helpful staff, Excellent communication over entire process. Beautifully finished roof. Attention to detail on plumbing and piping. I would certainly be using these guys again! Highly recommend!
