My Plumber Townsville

Roof replacements, new drainage, general maintenance and hot water system installation are among the jobs customers describe in feedback for this Townsville business, and the same names come up again and again: Darren and Kylie. Reviewers frequently point to that the pair is prompt and professional, that the required work is explained clearly before anything begins, and that communication stays strong throughout the job. Punctuality and dependability are recurring points, with Darren described as arriving when promised and completing repairs without fuss, whether the task is a minor toilet fix or a larger replacement.

Customers often note that charges seem reasonable, including one who found a repair came in below the expected figure. Tidiness also features regularly, with the work area reportedly left spotless once the job is finished. Advice on hot water options, including arranging the electrical side of an installation, is another area that draws praise, as does the speed of response to urgent callouts. Long-standing clients speak of using the business for years across both household and construction work, valuing the friendly manner and the sense that their jobs matter.

Darren from my plumber Townsville fitted a 10 metre easy drain to my existing downpipe. It is now functional, Darren was good to deal with. A little bit disappointed with the attention to detail and preparation of the grates, taping it would of helped so the whole drain wouldn't be covered in dry cement mix, also some of the straps were left on and covered in concrete. Overall the job was done, but overwhelmingly messy for someone that likes clean finishes.

I needed a plumber urgently calling early in the morning, the phone was answered, Darren was at my door a few hours later, arriving at the estimated time, fixed my issue whilst providing excellent, professional and friendly service. Easy stress free process, pricing is very fair - no price gouging here - an overall excellent service. Definitely recommend 👌

Tenant rang with a plumbing complaint at 9:30am...it was fixed by 1130am! Thanks so much, we will definitely recommend your service to others

Efficient, reliable, thoughtful, punctual, professional... I thought it would take at least two visits, but after only seeing few pictures, Darren arrived with everything that was needed to complete the job, and even more, in one visit. It felt as if he was able to read my mind. Excellent service.

Darren is very genuine which is what struck me most to start with. He did a toilet repair quickly and well and it cost less than expected. I then got him back again for a much larger job, replacement of a hot water system. He explained options to me and organised the electrical required for this.job as well as doing his part which was most of it. He was always reliable and on time and did a wonderful job. His admin is great a well, always respond in a timely manner. I have already recommended Darren to friends. It has taken me years to find a good plumber.
