Dune Plumbing and Gas

Prompt responses and straightforward communication are the recurring themes that run through feedback on this Sunshine Coast plumbing and gas operation. Multiple accounts describe urgent call-outs being handled without delay, including one burst hot water cylinder where a temporary unit kept hot water flowing until a replacement could be fitted in a more practical spot on the property. Peter is singled out often for turning up at the promised time, talking through the work in plain terms and getting jobs finished without drama, whether that means installing a water line for a fridge, locating and repairing leaks, or exchanging a hot water system.

Pricing is described as reasonable and settled beforehand, with the final figure said to reflect the original agreement. Customers note that care is taken with the surroundings, rubbish and packaging carted off and the space left tidy once everything is done. The team comes across as approachable and easy to deal with, and the speed of getting a new hot water unit installed and running within the same day is highlighted as a particular source of satisfaction, along with general maintenance plumbing and gas work.

Peter at Dune Plumbing & Gas responded to a burst hot water cylinder and saved the day! He installed a temporary hot water system so we never went without hot water. Then he replaced the broken one in a new location that made more sense for our property. We're so grateful and I'll recommend Dune to anyone.
