RCM Hot Water Services

Prompt and personable service from Richard is the theme that runs through the feedback for RCM Hot Water Services on the Sunshine Coast. A handful of customers describe how quickly he responds to enquiries, and more than one review highlights that he arrives when he says he will. The work itself draws consistent praise: hot water system replacements are completed efficiently, gas stoves are installed and the gas adjusted, and one account covers the installation of a Rheem 270 litre sidevent heat pump that was cleaned up and had its packaging removed along with the old unit.

Clear communication before and during the job stands out, with customers noting that potential extra costs were explained upfront and that advice on system placement was offered. Charges are described as fair and reasonable. Tidiness recurs as a point that comes up often, from clearing away rubbish to leaving the work area clean. Richard is named in nearly every account and is characterised as courteous, knowledgeable and skilled across hot water and gas fitting work, including emergency callouts handled at short notice. The result is a steady pattern of repeat business and referrals.

Prompt, fast response!! professional, very competitive pricing, now I have a perfectly installed (very neat, toon old system away no hassle!) and working hot water system that is high quality than my old one, highly recommend.

Richard is one of those out there who would not ask you to leave a review but you do it anyway because you would like to let others know how professional and punctual his service is. Rare find. Got yourself a costumer for life mate!

Great service, punctual and diagnosed the issue immediately. Saved me a lot of money also. Totally recommend and will be using him again!

Rich responded to my text straight away and was able to make time to come out the next morning. He was so polite and was able to complete the job quickly. Definitely highly recommend.

Richard installed our new Rheem 270lt Sidevent heat pump Water heater quickly & efficiently, and he cleaned up and took the old heater & all the packaging. The cost was extremely reasonable. We are so happy with the system - we have hot water all the time, even when we have a house full of guests, and best of all, we are saving money as the Heater is so efficient, more so than solar! Highly recommend RCM, and would give it more stars if I could.
