Hot Water Heroes

Sunshine Coast homeowners who needed a hot water system replaced describe a process shaped by the owners themselves, Carla and Dan. Carla handles the initial calls, answers technical questions and helps narrow down which unit suits the property, while Dan performs the installation and talks the household through how the finished system works. Various customers describe the same pattern when older cylinders, leaking units and solar hot water systems are swapped for heat pumps, with options laid out plainly and no pressure to buy.

Reviewers repeatedly mention competitive quotes and punctual arrivals, including updates sent while Dan was on the way. A temporary system has been arranged more than once so hot water continued during the wait for a replacement, and valves were renewed as part of the job. Tidiness appears in feedback as well, with work areas left clean and controls explained in straightforward language. Clients returning years after an earlier solar installation report the same standard, and the removal of old units, including solar systems taken down from roofs, sits alongside the supply and installation work described.

As a business owner myself, from Carla's help over the phone to replacement, this was a seamless experience! Daniel arrived on time & explained everything after installation of new Hot Water System. Friendly, professional & efficient. Will be recommending to family, friends & clients. Well done guys🏅 Ally - Sunshine Coast.

If you are thinking of calling anyone else.. DON'T BOTHER Carla and Dan are the real deal and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our old hot water system started leaking badly. I called Carla Monday morning and by 3pm that day Dan had installed our new hot water system at a price we were thrilled with. WOW what service they provide. If you want to deal with ultra nice people that go above and beyond to help you and have your best interest at heart you can't go past Carla and Dan. We can't recommend them highly enough Hot Water Hero's are the best.

Hot Water Heroes were a real pleasure to deal with re our new iStore heat pump hot water system. Carla provided information, a very competitive quote and invoices promptly and efficiently, with Daniel arriving on time, removing our old system, very neatly installing our new heat pump and providing an easy-to-understand explanation of its controls and capabilities. Highly recommended!

Both Daniel and Carla were amazing to deal with. Carla was prompt in getting back to me with troubleshooting ideas, quotes and availability. Daniel arrived on site, was professional and very quick to replace my HWS. Great all round

Amazing service from Carla and Dan, clear communication, great support with troubleshooting and plenty of options offered up. Never felt like we were being 'sold' anything. Provided a small temp system to get us by for few days until the install. Install was straight forward without any hassles. Strongly recommend to anyone needing a hot water plumber!! (Replaced 20+ year old hot water system with new heat pump)

Excellent service from Daniel and Carla. They replaced a hot water cylinder on our previous home and I'm pleased to say their quality of service hasn't changed. They are extremely helpful, easy to deal with and very well priced. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
