Our kitchen sink literally dropped after dinner last night. My SIL called Shane from Dickson plumbing this morning and within 20 minutes he was in my house fixing the problem for us. He did a very meticulous and marvellous job and we really appreciated his helping out to fix our problem. He is very friendly skillful and thorough. The best and most skillful plumber i have used. I was referred to Shane at Dickson Plumbing and Gas fitting. I found Shane to be the most reliable and trustworthy tradie in Qld. He turned up on the day I rang and investigated everything that could be wrong for a great price. I will definitely call Shane next time I need a plumber and will easily recommend him to anyone.

My hot water system decided to drop its bottom and spray out water out like a tap that was on full pressure….Shane was on holidays but wasn’t too far away from my house so he called in a with no tools or equipment but managed to turn the system temporarily….came back the next day with tools and parts to make sure it was totally isolated and couldn’t loose anymore water until he could get here to install a new unit….because he had been on holidays he had a mountain of jobs waiting to be scheduled in but he made sure that I was his priority and his first job back….I’m so grateful he did and that simple act reinforced how much he cares about his customers and I can’t imagine how long I would’ve waited if I’d chosen a different person/tradie….Shane is very professional and describes what he’s doing and what has planned for the job all whilst being professional and a pleasant person to have at the house….thanks Shane for everything you did (including coming out twice during your holidays!) I truly appreciate all the work you did and for communicating throughout….if you are after a plumber you shouldn’t go past Shane as I can’t recommend him highly enough!!
