I purchased a heat pump pool heater from these guys. They came and looked at the job, explained what size pump would suit best, gave me a price, which was very reasonable and then installed as they said they would. No fuss. Having the pool heated is great. I highly reccomend this company. Happy to discuss my experience. 5 stars from me.

He came out to assess the space, took the time to listen to what we wanted, and gave us some really helpful recommendations on the best options for our setup. We had an EvoHeat EVO270-E hot water heater pump installed in March 2026 to replace our two instant gas hot water systems. We dealt with Ben from SunPak Hot Water on the Sunshine Coast. From the initial quotes, on-site inspection and subsequent advice Ben provided, through to the follow-up he did, we have been extremely happy with the product and services delivered. The EVO270-E was an excellent product for our requirements and coastal location. The addition of the WiFi option has been very useful and the installation was done in a very professional manner. We would strongly recommend putting EvoHeat as a must consider on your heat pump shortlist.
