Fix It Right Plumbing Canberra

Canberra customers of this plumbing firm consistently highlight the calibre of work delivered across drainage, gas fitting and hot water services. Several reviewers describe drainage repairs and replacements where ageing clay pipes were relined with moulded internal sections, and others mention blocked showers, partially blocked toilets and difficult blockages cleared with camera footage and reports supplied for follow-up with the water authority. One thing mentioned again and again is the thorough approach taken by tradespeople, who inspect the wider property, flag issues the household had not noticed and explain the options and costs before committing to a course of action.

Named staff including Gerry, Josh, Blaze, Mitch, Jack and Jarrad feature in accounts praising friendly, unhurried service, clear communication from the first call through to the final invoice, punctual arrival notices and competitive, transparent quotes. Reviews time and again mention that work areas are left clean and tidy, that safety checks and advice on prevention are offered, and that everything is explained in plain terms. Installations of dishwashers and new hot water systems are also described, alongside small improvements such as lever taps suggested to make daily routines easier.

A very positive experience with Fix it Right Plumbing in upgrading both the sewerage and storm water drainage systems with internal moulded pipes inserted within the existing (and degrading) clay pipes. Jarrad was our primary contact and scoped the source of our problem and put forward possible solutions and costs. Richie (the Boss) from Geelong drove up to Canberra with the very sophisticated equipment to do the job. Then the local Canberra crew joined them for the work. The scope of the work from deconstructing a raised rock garden bed and cutting through a concrete path to access the old pipes in addition to the actual plumbing work was done efficiently and reconstructed perfectly. Such pleasant and professional tradesmen. It was a great pleasure to have them do this extremely complicated work for us.

I've used this company many times over the years and each time it is flawless. Communication is great all the way through from booking to the final invoice. Jack did a great job and suggested some lever taps that I never knew I needed until I saw just how much easier it made life for my boys in the shower! ;-)

Excellent service! The team quickly fixed our water leak and also installed a new hot water system. They were efficient, professional, and left everything clean and tidy. Great work and communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Josh did a great job fixing our hot water today. Perfectly polite and did a good job. Not a fan of the company's AI that responded to my messages without ever mentioning that it was an AI, but the work itself was great.

Had Josh from Fix it Right plumbing come out to check our hot water system. He did a thorough check of the house in general, gave plenty of options for the various issues we were having, was honest and clear with pricing and the work to be done. It was a pleasure to have him work on my home.

Gerry was an absolute legend! My shower had been blocked for a whole week, and he came in and fixed it so quickly and easily - no fuss, no drama, just straight to work. He was super friendly and professional. He also gave some helpful advice on how to prevent it, which I really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend Gerry enough - great service and genuinely a really nice guy!

Blaze did an amazing job installing our dishwasher. He was very thorough, ensuring all was in perfect working condition and cleaned everything as he went too! His quote was very reasonable, competitive and affordable. He explained all work to be carried out clearly. Blaze was a refreshing change to the previous recent interactions with other plumbing services. He conducted himself in a friendly, professional manner at all times. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs
