Friendly Plumbing

Drainage work, gasfitting and hot water systems form the backbone of the jobs customers describe, and the accounts consistently point to a professional and approachable outfit. Punctuality appears as a given, with tradespeople arriving when arranged and getting straight to the task, whether that involved clearing a blocked sewage line, installing a replacement seat in the bathroom or tracking down a tricky leak in an older apartment block.

Several customers describe the clarity of the explanations provided, noting that options and alternatives were set out before any work began, and that quotations were discussed openly; one customer considered the amount charged for a complex repair reasonable given the condition of the pipework left behind by a previous tradesperson. Pipe relining under a house, gutter preparation ahead of wet weather, deck roofing and bathroom leak repairs all appear in the feedback, along with praise for the finish achieved.

The names Elijah, Vince, Tom, Jordan, Troy and Jake come up in connection with friendly and dependable service, and tidiness after completion is a point that comes up often. Communication before, during and after each job rounds out the recurring theme of a team that keeps clients informed from first contact through to the final clean-up and handover.
