nGO Plumbing

Households around Surry Hills that have engaged nGO Plumbing most often single out Jackson as the tradesman they deal with from the initial call through to completion. A point that comes up often is his punctuality and the clarity of his explanations, with customers noting that he sets out the scope before starting and talks through both the fault and the cost beforehand.

Feedback on the finished work cites a consistent standard: ageing tapware swapped out for one mixer fitting, blocked drains cleared, leaks traced and repaired, and plumbing carried out during renovations. Emergency callouts feature in several accounts, where he reached the property within a couple of hours and stayed composed while resolving the problem, testing the repair before packing up. Customers also remark that the workspace was left spotless afterwards and that the amount charged matched the original figure, with no pressure to buy parts that were not required.

His advice is described as practical and inventive, arriving at straightforward solutions for ageing pipework and water leaks rather than the costliest alternative. General maintenance plus bathroom and kitchen renovation work attract similar comments, with the same professionalism reported each time. The thread running through the feedback is a tradesman who answers calls quickly, identifies the cause accurately and sees the job through properly.

Exceptional Service from Jackson! He arrived exactly on time, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. He completed the job quickly and with a high level of professionalism. Before leaving, he tested his work and left the area spotless. I highly recommend his services.

Great service from start to finish! Jackson was punctual, communicated clearly, and explained the work and pricing upfront. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended. Prompt response, competitive quote, punctual service, quality and high standard work done. Thank you Jackson 🙏.

Jackson and his team did a great job. This is the third time we have had them doing work for us. They are prompt and on time, they are a good communicators and efficient hard workers. They solved our problems.

Excellent and affordable. We had 2 old hot and cold taps replaced with a single mixer tap. Very happy with the work done. Also very quick. 👍

Thank you for attending the emergency water leak so promptly and for finding the fault quickly. Your repair work was excellent, and I really appreciated how professional, calm, and helpful you were throughout. Your great attitude made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I’m very grateful for your support.

We’re glad that we came across Jackson. He’s responsive, knows his stuff and pretty creative. He takes his time to gauge the issue, come up with a solution and takes the time to explain it. On a recent job, Jackson came up with a solution that worked out pretty well…it was logical, simple and not overly expensive. We interacted with a few plumbers but no one came close to what Jackson offered. He doesn’t waste your time, he quotes realistic timeframes and prices, and just get on with it. We will be using Jackson for our plumbing needs from now on. Great work Jackson, we need more plumbers like you. If you’re around inner west and southwest Sydney, he’s your go to guy. Cheers.
