ProFlush Plumbing

Efficient scheduling and rapid attendance recur across accounts of this Sydney plumbing business, with callers describing same-day responses to hot water failures and blocked drains. Camera inspection of old clay pipes choked by tree roots is a common thread, followed by clearing work using modern equipment. Reviewers frequently point to that faults are diagnosed on arrival and the cause explained in straightforward terms, with Chase credited for making maintenance advice educational and keeping quotes reasonable for the pace of the job.

Fade is named for planning and fitting an optimal setup on a complex development project, while John earns praise for dependable repeat visits. Tidiness afterwards, courteous treatment of the property and updates before and during work all feature, alongside a hot water system replacement finished within a couple of hours without mess or fuss. Bathroom updates such as new fittings, a toilet, a vanity and a shaving cabinet in a tight space were completed smoothly, and the same care carried through to drain clearing and gasfitting tasks.

Proflush are the bomb! .. in a good way! .. responsive, came on time, did a superb job as well. The end to end process including quoting, scheduling, the actual work and post work (invoice & pics) were all done perfectly and with a friendly manner Recommend for anyone who just wants the job done and done properly

Fade was very helpful and the boys that came to remove and install the new hot water system were extremely efficient No mess no fuss and the job was done in 2 hours Extremely happy with the service before and during

Terrific pricing and quick work. Chase explained everything the problem and maintenance which was very educational.

I rang ProFlush because I had ongoing problems with water from my laundry coming into garage. I rang ProFlush and Chase was in the area and was at my home in an hour. Nice guy. They have tracking so you can see where they are sent to your phone. Brilliant. ProFlush have all the latest equipment and technology on board to clear drains. My old clay pipes completely blocked with tree roots and mostly collapsed after camera inspection. The owner Fade and Chase and Nick came back and dug it all up and fixed everything in a day. All replaced with PVC pipes. They are professional and know their stuff. Apart from that they gentleman, hardworking and price was fare. Chase even did a tap washer for me at end of day no charge. Just a great business and a great team. Very happy, thanks Fade, Chase and Nick.

We’ve used John a few times now and every experience has been excellent. Reliable, friendly, and always does a great job. Definitely our go-to plumber from now on.

Chase arrived at the agreed time and was clear in explaining the problem and options to resolve. Took the time to check rest of my plumbing throughout the unit and explain issues that would need addressing in future and quoting on works. No hard sales tactics. Transparent pricing and honest tradie.
