The Plumber Next Door

Emergency call-outs and urgent repairs form the backdrop to much of the feedback for this Sydney plumber, and the accounts share a consistent thread. Harrison is the name running through the commentary, credited with arriving when promised and keeping people posted, including a message shortly before reaching the property. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is how thoroughly jobs are explained, with work such as a leaking toilet, a sink mixer and tap installation, and a replacement hot water system talked through from start to finish, together with options for replacement parts.

Speed is repeatedly noted for a burst pipe beneath a sink and a gas leak, both dealt with promptly, while one customer recalls a tap replacement completed without removing the basin as another tradesperson had advised. Tidiness after the work and quotes described as reasonable recur, as does the fitting of isolation valves and advice on other matters. His manner is called knowledgeable and personable, with repeat bookings and referrals to friends and family mentioned more than once.

This guy saved my life. Well, he fixed my hot water supply which, after seven days without hot water pretty much felt the same. I’d actually got another Plumber to install a new system. When they didn’t turn up, Harrison promptly came round. He gave me great comfort with his knowledge (He was familiar with the prior antique system), explained exactly what he was doing in terms I could understand, fitted it all and was gone within a couple of hours. Did I mention he did all this at half the price the original company quoted? Legend.

Harrison has fixed a tap leaking behind my washing machine. He provided a prompt and reasonable service. He offered me two alternatives, while recommending the all-new approach which I took. I was impressed that he arrived when he said he would and he even let me know when he was 10 mins away. I can definitely recommend his service.

Great experience with Harrison. Replaced some leaking washing machine hoses and flushed out our tap (this was free of charge). Can definitely recommend!

I chose Harrison on his reviews after having several unfortunate previous plumber experiences. He did not disappoint so am passing on 5* to give confidence to others looking for a professional, competent, pleasant plumbing experience. He's now my go-to plumber.

Harrison was excellent. He got here fast for a sudden burst tube under the sink and fixed it quickly. He also threw in a few isolation valves for me and went through other things I needed to know which was really helpful. He explained everything properly which I appreciate. Super knowledgeable and personable: he is an animal lover and a good chatter so that is a bonus! Highly recommend!

Harrison was very helpful, and responded straight away when we had a gas leak in our house. We were very impressed with his "can do" attitude, and highly recommend him!

Had Harrison at my property, well presented and well spoken, was very easy to deal with. His ability to solve our tricky plumbing problem was outstanding. Highly recommend!!!
