Level Plumbing Adelaide CBD

Adelaide customers of Level Plumbing Adelaide CBD frequently highlight the speed with which work is arranged and carried out, and several note that appointments were brought forward so that urgent problems, such as a sewerage blockage, could be sorted promptly. Several accounts note clear, upfront pricing described as honest and fair, along with straightforward communication before and after the job. Tidiness recurs, with work areas left clean following hot water changeovers and installations.

Named team members attract frequent praise: Caleb and Kaleb are described as informative and attentive throughout installs, Lucy as punctual and friendly when fitting a new hot water system, and Ian as careful during the installation of a Puretec water tap and Z6 filter system, checking for leaks before leaving. Danny is noted for fair and transparent dealings with an elderly customer, including before-and-after photos sent interstate. The work reviewed spans hot water system replacement and relocation, stormwater line clearing, drainage blockages, tap and mixer repairs, and water filtration. A detail many reviews return to is the practical advice customers receive, with unexpected faults identified and fixed during the same visit rather than deferred to another appointment.

Great job on time and extremely helpful even offered to check out issue I had with kitchen tap. Problem solved. Very happy

Excellent service from Level Plumbing, from the first enquiry to the new hot water changeover in less than 24hrs. Clean and tidy install, with the work area cleaned. Cannot praise Caleb enough, he kept me informed throughout the entire install. Very happy.

I have had a very negative experience. After paying the diagnostic fee of $90 plus nothing on my heater has changed after technician took heater apart. Still 3 flashing orange lights with a flashing green light and heater stopped working. He said he ordered a part but have heard nothing as yet. Not happy Jan. Technician did not find the fault and put cover back on then we have to pay the Bill.

We had a great experience with this plumber installing our water filter system. They were professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was neat and completed efficiently, and the quality of work was excellent. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable plumber for water filter installation!

We had level plumbing do a job for my elderly father in-law who lives near Hackham West . He had multiple plumbers quote but tried to take advantage of his age.Danny was fair and honest and communicated well with us even though we live interstate ,by sending before and after photos for our peace of mind . We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a honest reliable plumber .

Level Plumbing are excellent, they are hard working, skilled and honest technicians. We made the mistake of using another plumbing firm only to have completely blocked and overflowing drains two weeks later and if it wasnt for Level plumbing we dont know what we would have done

Very prompt service at a fair price. Lucy who installed the new HWS was punctual, friendly and informative. The job was first class. Would highly recommend Level Plumbing.
