I have had a very negative experience. After paying the diagnostic fee of $90 plus nothing on my heater has changed after technician took heater apart. Still 3 flashing orange lights with a flashing green light and heater stopped working. He said he ordered a part but have heard nothing as yet. Not happy Jan. Technician did not find the fault and put cover back on then we have to pay the Bill.

We had a great experience with this plumber installing our water filter system. They were professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was neat and completed efficiently, and the quality of work was excellent. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and left the area clean and tidy. We had level plumbing do a job for my elderly father in-law who lives near Hackham West . He had multiple plumbers quote but tried to take advantage of his age.Danny was fair and honest and communicated well with us even though we live interstate ,by sending before and after photos for our peace of mind . We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a honest reliable plumber .

Level Plumbing are excellent, they are hard working, skilled and honest technicians. We made the mistake of using another plumbing firm only to have completely blocked and overflowing drains two weeks later and if it wasnt for Level plumbing we dont know what we would have done

Would not recommend for installation of new bathroom vanities. Quality of work was terrible. At first they attempted to do a quick and rushed job which would've left our vanity leaning on an angle, and I'm sure they wouldve left it like that had I not said anything. They then got annoyed that they had to take it off and redo it. Even after redoing it a second time it still wasn't done well, and our new vanity top even ended up with a crack in it. They also left a meter long scratch on the floor tiles in our ensuite bathroom and didn't think to say anything about it. To rectify the situation we asked that the installation cost for the botched vanity be taken off the bill (as well as supply and install of a new bath tap set because we didn't end up getting that). The amount they took off the bill was $200. I dont believe that it was only going to cost us $200 to install a vanity and supply and install a new bath tap set. When I asked for a cost breakdown to show how they got that figure they refused. If you're looking at hiring this company to install your new vanity, I'd recommend you save yourself the hassle and just go with somebody else
