McArthur Plumbing

Promptness and dependability emerge as the qualities customers return to most often in accounts of this Caloundra West plumbing business. Reviewers repeatedly describe tradespeople arriving when promised, with one noting a call ahead of the visit before a toilet was repaired, and others describing repair work completed expertly and without delay. Fair, reasonable pricing is another recurring point, mentioned alongside bookings, administration and accounts that ran smoothly. Tidiness earns consistent praise, with customers noting that premises were left spotless and that areas were cleaned after a kitchen tap replacement and a blocked sink was cleared without fuss.

Several reviewers highlight the expertise on show, including a concealed leak traced beneath the edge of a pool after high water bills prompted testing of the system and a specialist detector was brought in. Advice is valued too, with causes explained and preventive measures outlined. Named tradespeople such as Alan, Dave, Tom and Ryan are singled out for courtesy and professionalism, and one long-standing customer recalls the owner returning to check and redo part of an earlier job, putting reputation ahead of cost. The work spans drainage, hot water systems, pumps and property maintenance.

We have had to use McArthur Plumbing a couple times recently. Josh came around and did a magnificent job under very difficult conditions both times. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh who is a very professional and competent plumber.

McArthur Plumbing completed the repair work expertly and without delay - I was completely satisfied.

Very pleased with the work Alan did on several plumbing issues. Friendly, professional and would highly recommend McArthur Plumbing in the future.

Excellent company to go with for any plumbing issues. They had the unfortunate task of rectifying a cracked stormwater and sewerage pipe more than 2 metres down in a retaining wall - a pretty complex that required quite a bit of work. They fixed the problem and made sure the issue can’t happen again with no issue. Good communications was maintained throughout the job to keep us up to date. Professional team that gets the job done.

Great service. Arrived on time to replace kitchen tap, plumber was courteous & cleaned up afterwards & very reasonably priced. Would recommend McArthur plumbing ✅

Great family business. Reliable and expert. Have been using McArthur Plumbing for more than 30 years - good to see the kids caring on the family name.

As always the service from McArthur Plumbing was excellent. The tradesman was on time, assessed the job and repaired the damage quickly and well.
