National Plumbing

Households and office fitouts across Bulimba feature among the jobs described, and an aspect raised across a number of reviews is how swiftly a call is answered and a plumber sent out, frequently the same day. Accounts cover storm water repairs, burst and broken water pipes, leak detection in wall and ceiling cavities, a second toilet fitted at a warehouse office in Virginia, replacement of a hot water pressure tap and new tap fittings, with the problem diagnosed before any figure was discussed. Named team members including Ben, Lee, Luke and Keith are singled out for punctuality, courtesy and clear explanations, and customers writing about their orders describe being kept informed throughout.

Tidy outcomes recur, such as grass being relaid after pipework was dug up and replaced. Written quotes and guidance on what to request from other trades are mentioned, with pricing regarded as fair for work done properly the first time. Awkward layouts are said to have been completed in less time than expected, and the readiness to attend urgent jobs, including just before Christmas, comes up repeatedly. New taps are described as looking great, and the same plumbers are requested again for later work.

Keith done an awesome job, very nice/down to earth guy also helpful and turned up on time too. Very professional. 5* Keith thankyou once again for replacing the hot water pressure tap for us 😁

Ben was incredibly professional and accommodating when another plumbing business canceled my booking for a tap leak prior to needing to go into hospital the week before Christmas. Not only did he investigate, reassure and replace the kitchen tap I needed, he was on time, reliable, communicated clearly, flexible and delivered quality workmanship. Nothing too much trouble. Ben has rare attributes and gives tradesmen a good name.

I was very happy to use the services of National Plumbing again. They were very accommodating to fix a broken water pipe just days before Christmas which was much appreciated. Lee got the job assessed and completed very quickly. Great service all round.

Ben was great to deal with, on time and very friendly and professional. I called in the morning and he arrived at my house within a few hours on the same day, I am very thankful. He resolved my issue quickly and without any issues - would highly recommend.

I am extremely grateful for Ben coming to help me today. I was very upset and stressed about the state of my shower after using another plumbing company. Ben came within 20 minutes and fixed the issue. I am really happy with the quality of work and the service that I received. He helped put my mind at ease and my new taps look great. I would definitely use Ben’s services again.

We had external water pipe leak and Called them Up this morning and was booked an appointment for one their plumber to visit between 2-4pm. Ben the plumber arrived early than that and resolved the issue pretty quickly. Will definitely recommend their services to others.

From the moment my call was answered - incredible service followed. Same day attendance by 'Luke' who examined and diagnosed the problems - to the delivery and installation the following day by 'Lee' of the necessary products. Both Luke and Lee exceptionally professional - personable and friendly. Happy to explain everything. I can highly recommend National Plumbing and will always use them in future. Maggie
