Plumbing & Gasfitting

Plumbing & Gasfitting draws consistent praise from customers across Geelong for the breadth of work its team handles, from gas leaks and hot water repairs to roof replacements, stormwater systems and full renovation plumbing. Michael, also referred to as Mick, is named often, and reviewers often mention that he and team members such as Jordan and Aime arrive quickly, explain each step clearly and keep customers informed throughout the job. Clear quotes and fair pricing come up as a recurring theme, with several customers describing the cost of work as reasonable and the scope explained in advance so decisions could be made with confidence.

Tidiness is a point that comes up often, with boots removed before entering a unit and sites left so clean that it is hard to tell tradespeople had been there. Reviewers highlight the team's willingness to return for follow-up checks and to work around other trades, including multiple site visits to relocate a water meter and tap before concreting. The installation of a sealed stormwater system feeding large water tanks is singled out as a job finished properly and on schedule, while a roof replacement is remembered for patience with constant questions.

Needed some advice for a neighbours heater and was able to talk to a real person and was told what I could do to fix a stuck down starter and it worked. She is so happy and it was great not to get ripped off. I am so thankful.😊

So impressed with the professional, polite communication with the 2 plumbers who came out to visit today. Jordan explained everthing so well and our plumbing issue was fixed in no time. Very highly recommend. Many thanks 😊

I was having trouble finding a plumbing service that could help me with my gutter problem. I called Michael at East Coast Plumbing, the best phone call I have ever made. Michael promptly identified the issue, and between him, and the team I had plumbers on site promptly. The plumbers were very professional, and rectified the ongoing issue. East Coast Plumbing has an amazing team, and work ethic. Well done to the whole team. 👍

Highly recommend! I recently had a new deep fryer installed, and the plumber did an excellent job. The work was clean, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Great communication, reliable service, and attention to detail. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely use this service again in the future.

I contacted Mick from finding the company on the web. He was very helpful while l was on the phone to him. He got my Hot water service fixed that day and his workers were neat, tidy and respectful. Taking their boots off before walking into the unit. Thanks, Mick, for getting it fixed for me and doing the other work that l asked about to see if everything was working ok. I really appreciate your time and effort.

We would really like to thank Mick Jordan. and Aime for thier quick response to our call as we had a gas leak and they were here within the hour located the problem and rectified it without much inconvenience to us. We really couldn't believe the fast response to our distress and kept us informed along the way which we appreciated. They tided and cleaned the site and you wouldn't know that they had been here.
