Had a great experience with Sven’s. When our hot water system unexpectedly died at our apartment in Hawthorn, Dave came out less than 12 hours later, installed a temporary system (which was surprisingly effective), and did an excellent job installing our new hot water system when it became available. Highly recommend
Experienced excellent service from Sven’s Plumbing and Gas today. Chris came out promptly and fixed a leaking tap quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to leave everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend!
Joel from Sven’s was working on multiple parts of the house today. And I’m super impressed. Not only did Joel do a great job, he was friendly to everyone in my family and my dogs, as well as being communicative for when the water was being switched off at the mains. Adding to this, Joel’s professionalism extended to him either taking his boots off, or wearing boot covers so that there was no mud brought in to the house. He also left everything clean and tidy wherever he had been working.
Sven’s always give us great plumbing service: quick to respond, knowledgeable and fix things with no fuss. Highly recommended. We had Chris today and he was excellent.
UPDATE: after issues regarding a remaining blockage that wasn’t resolved and my dissatisfied review Sven gave me a ring this morning to acknowledge my review and apologise for dropping the ball. We chatted about pricing etc and what I wasn’t happy with and he acknowledged that it wasn’t up to their standards of premium service and provided me a partial refund. I really appreciate the customer service, the acknowledgment and the follow through with partial refund. I’ve updated my review to include that Sven’s is a premium service and they will amend any mistakes that come up. They provide excellent services and have communicated beautifully to rectify my problem. I appreciate Sven’s personal follow up.

Dave from Sven's gave me a half hour window (as opposed to 4 hrs) which was very much appreciated and he was punctual arriving at our Richmond address. He tidied up the piping under the sink in a timely and professional manner and offered useful advice on a few other plumbing issues. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
