Victorian Hot Water

Replacement and installation of hot water units is the work most often described in feedback for Victorian Hot Water, covering Vulcan and Rinnai systems, semi-recessed models and gas pressure adjustments where needed. Named staff members John and Dave appear frequently, praised for arriving when promised, answering calls personally, communicating clearly and giving honest advice about the right replacement rather than pushing an upgrade. A recurring point in feedback is speed: several buyers describe same-day installation, jobs finished well inside the quoted timeframe and systems restored within a couple of hours of the first call.

Reviewers often mention pricing described as fair, competitive and free of hidden costs, with quotes often coming in well below other estimates. Tidiness comes up often, with old units removed and the site left clean. The team is also noted for taking on semi-recessed replacements that other trades had declined, and for responding to breakdowns without fuss, including a job at a property in Roxburgh Park. Customers describe the whole process as straightforward, from the first quote through to the finished installation.

Wow I researched what I needed and called Victorian hot water in Park Orchards, they answered the phone straight away and gave me the advice I needed, I checked the pricing and they were the most competitive price. They quoted an installed price and included all extras, including the taking away of the old system. They arrived on time completed the installation perfectly, nice and neat and very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend this company and I bought the aqua max top of the range installed for $2,250.00

We installed a Rinnai 26 to replace a 1990s hot water system that we knew was slowly failing...needed to increase the gas pressure as well. All works done under 2 hours couldn't believe it plus the quote was significantly cheaper than the 2 other places we tried. Local to us so we decided to go with them and couldn't be more happy with the great service we received, thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely prompt and professional during the whole process. Also extremely competitive in price. Saved over a $1,000 than our other quotes. Quoted 1.5 hours to complete, did it in an hour. 100% recommended

I called Dave on Easter Friday with a faulty gas hot water system. He answered and said he would come out the following morning which I was happy with. One company wanted $480 just for a call out fee!!!! Dave installed the unit in just over 1 hour. Great guy to deal with and good pricing. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

John from Victorian Hot Water did an excellent job. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and was polite and professional from start to finish. We had a semi-recessed Vulcan gas hot water system that two other plumbers refused to replace semi-recessed way, but John took it on without a blink and with a smile. That alone says a lot about his skill and approach. On top of that, his pricing was honest and competitive. It’s rare to find someone this capable, straightforward, and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Very prompt and professional service. Great quality Australian made product supplied and I’m extremely happy with the overall fit/finish. Forget the gimmick rubbish companies supplying heat pumps, it’s not worth it. Go with John from Vic Hot Water 👍

Prompt professional $1600.00 job. (Other well known company quoted $4696.31 which included their discount. ) Highly recommend Victorian HOT WATER.😎
