Wow I researched what I needed and called Victorian hot water in Park Orchards, they answered the phone straight away and gave me the advice I needed, I checked the pricing and they were the most competitive price. They quoted an installed price and included all extras, including the taking away of the old system. They arrived on time completed the installation perfectly, nice and neat and very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend this company and I bought the aqua max top of the range installed for $2,250.00

We installed a Rinnai 26 to replace a 1990s hot water system that we knew was slowly failing...needed to increase the gas pressure as well. All works done under 2 hours couldn't believe it plus the quote was significantly cheaper than the 2 other places we tried. Local to us so we decided to go with them and couldn't be more happy with the great service we received, thoroughly recommend!

I called Dave on Easter Friday with a faulty gas hot water system. He answered and said he would come out the following morning which I was happy with. One company wanted $480 just for a call out fee!!!! Dave installed the unit in just over 1 hour. Great guy to deal with and good pricing. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

We had a semi-recessed Vulcan gas hot water system that two other plumbers refused to replace semi-recessed way, but John took it on without a blink and with a smile.
