Melbourne Plumbing and Gas

Melbourne Plumbing and Gas earns consistent praise across its reviews for the professionalism and courtesy of its tradespeople. Rowan appears most often, with customers describing him as punctual, respectful and thorough, and a recurring theme is his willingness to explain each step of the work as it happens. Jae is named for a new system installation and for responding quickly to an urgent issue, while Reece is singled out for a high standard of finish after tracing a faulty water tank pump back to its burnt-out motor and arranging a replacement.

Jarrod is credited with restoring everything to working order. A handful of customers describe the care taken with their homes, noting that boots come off at the door, children are treated patiently and the work area is left spotless afterwards.

Diagnostic skill comes up repeatedly, including detection of an undetected leak and a thorough check for a suspected gas leak following a heat pump installation, with no mess or disruption left behind. Fair, reasonable pricing is mentioned alongside friendly and prompt service, and long-standing customers remark on the number of jobs handled over the years. The types of work include gasfitting, heat pump and hot water system installation, leak detection and general plumbing repairs, all completed to a neat and meticulous standard.

Have had Melbourne Plumbing and Gas do some work at a few properties over the past couple of years. Always an excellent experience all around from booking in the jobs with Crystal all the way through to the work being done by the members of the team in Rowan, Reece, Jae and Jarrod. Highly recommend for any job no matter the size. Thanks again!

I recently had Reece from Melbourne Plumbing and Gas come out to do a job at my place, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Reece was such a lovely young man. He was friendly, polite and professional from the moment he arrived. He took great pride in his work, completed everything to a very high standard, and left the area spotless when he finished. It’s always refreshing to have a tradie who is not only skilled but also respectful of your home and genuinely cares about doing a quality job. From start to finish, the whole experience was easy and stress free. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber with excellent customer service and top quality workmanship, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melbourne Plumbing and Gas. Thanks again, Reece! You did an outstanding job!

Great service from Reece, he attended my property and has my issue sorted within half an hour. Really attentive and wanted to get to the bottom of the issue. Great work Reece, star performer!

Great service from Jae today. Quickly dealt with my urgent plumbing issue. Would recommend him anyday.

Jarrod was fantastic. Everything is back to working order. Well mannered, great with my nosey kids, no mess left anywhere, well presented. Keeping the fridge magnet for next time.

Very happy with the service provided by Reece from Melbourne Plumbing and Gas. The pump that connects our water tank to our washing machine had stopped working and Melbourne Plumbing and Gas sent Reece the day after our call. Reece was pretty sure the pump was at the end of its life, but, at my request, he took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly. The pump had indeed burnt out but Melbourne Plumbing and Gas organised a replacement in twenty-four hours and Reece came back to install it. So pleased that we can use our washing machine again, and Reece was fantastic with his work and communication. And so cheerful! We really appreciated that he took the time to clean up as well. Thank you, Reece, and keep singing while you work!

Jae is amazing! He installed a new system at my house knew everything made it so easy for me. Super friendly & safe (big deal!) thanks Jae & team u guys rock
