Just Hot Water

Across Melbourne, customers of Just Hot Water describe a service built around prompt attendance and hot water restored without fuss. Julian is the name that recurs throughout the feedback, repeatedly described as professional, friendly and highly experienced, whether the job involves a burst water heater, a failed Aquamax gas system or a hydronic boiler that has stopped working. A number of customers describe a quick response, including a unit installed within a day of the initial request and a repair completed in a couple of hours.

Reviewers frequently point to clear diagnostic advice given over the phone, with options for repair or replacement explained before any decision is made. The work itself covers replacement and installation of hot water units, hydronic heaters and boilers, with brands such as Rheem and Aquamax mentioned by customers. Pricing is consistently described as fair and competitive, and appointments are kept on time, with one customer noting the owner arrived when promised and the new system was installed by midday. Tidiness and a stress-free process come up often, and the outcome most frequently praised is the return of reliable hot showers for the whole household.

Julian repaired my hot water system, he did a great job and got it done fast. Well done Julian. I would recommend him to others.

Highly recommend Julian & the team at Just Hot Water. My electric hot water unit broke unexpectedly, I called 4 companies for a quote & advice, and Julian was the only person that asked relevant questions and did his best to assist over the phone. All other companies defaulted to booking in a physical inspection (with associated call-out fees), despite the Hot Water unit very clearly needing to be completely replaced. Julian provided pricing over the phone, offered me multiple options and locked in a time to fix it on the spot. Julian replaced the unit within 24-hours and he was prompt and efficient. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, efficient, reliable and well-priced provider, I could not recommend Julian & the team at Just Hot Water more highly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
