We had a relatively complex removal of an indoor gas water heater and replacement with an outdoor heat pump, and Melbourne Heat Pumps did a professional and efficient job of it - and uniquely, they were honest about the cost right from the start. I had sat on the quote they gave me for a couple months, as it was _initially_ the most expensive of the quotes I received (all quotes from 4.5+ rated competitors). However, it turned out that once I'd followed up with the other companies about whether their quotes included essential items like placing the concrete slab for the heat pump, or removing the flue of the old gas heat pump, everyone else's quotes ended up within $100 of Melbourne Heat Pumps. So thank you, Ari and Gavin, for your upfront honesty - it took me a bit, but that's what won you this job! And now that the work is done, we're quite happy with our new heat pump.

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Melbourne Heat Pumps! After our old gas water system died on a very cold Melbourne evening, Ari (operations manager) promptly provided quotes first thing the next morning, and talked us through the different options, and arranged an install ASAP. Very competitive pricing compared to other local suppliers, who offered a similar turn-around time on installation date.
