Melbourne Heat Pumps

Heat pump and hot water system supply and installation is the core of the work described by customers, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning Ari, Gavin, Matty, Madi and Garry by name for their handling of quotes, model selection and the install itself. Several buyers describe the advice as honest and patient, particularly when comparing heat pump options such as the Aquatech Dynamic X8, Aquatec Rapid X6, Hydrotherm Fusion X8 and Istore units, and note that quotes arrived promptly without pressure.

A theme running through the feedback is the help with Victorian government solar and hot water rebates, with staff guiding customers through the paperwork so the final cost felt reasonable and the rebate worth claiming. Installation is described as neat and punctual, with plumbers and electricians arriving when planned, completing the replacement of old gas systems without fuss and explaining how the new unit operates.

Communication before and after the job is a recurring theme, covering queries, booking dates and follow-up support, and reviewers note that old faulty systems were swapped over efficiently, often the day after a quote was accepted. Brisbane residents appreciate the combination of product knowledge, fair pricing and tidy workmanship on electric and heat pump hot water systems.

Very happy with our recent install of Aquatech HWS. From initial enquiries with Ari, competitive quotes, on-time and professional install by Gary, plus streamlined rebate processes - I have no hesitation in recommending Melbourne Heat Pumps. Keep up the good work!

We had a relatively complex removal of an indoor gas water heater and replacement with an outdoor heat pump, and Melbourne Heat Pumps did a professional and efficient job of it - and uniquely, they were honest about the cost right from the start. I had sat on the quote they gave me for a couple months, as it was _initially_ the most expensive of the quotes I received (all quotes from 4.5+ rated competitors). However, it turned out that once I'd followed up with the other companies about whether their quotes included essential items like placing the concrete slab for the heat pump, or removing the flue of the old gas heat pump, everyone else's quotes ended up within $100 of Melbourne Heat Pumps. So thank you, Ari and Gavin, for your upfront honesty - it took me a bit, but that's what won you this job! And now that the work is done, we're quite happy with our new heat pump.

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Melbourne Heat Pumps! After our old gas water system died on a very cold Melbourne evening, Ari (operations manager) promptly provided quotes first thing the next morning, and talked us through the different options, and arranged an install ASAP. Very competitive pricing compared to other local suppliers, who offered a similar turn-around time on installation date. Gary (Plumber) and Gary (Electrician) were fantastic- they were so efficient, friendly, and professional. We are so happy with our new X8 system- thanks again Melbourne Heat Pump team.

Just had the Aquatech Dynamic X8 electric hotwater unit installed. The team at Melb Heat Pumps made the install and Government Solar rebate easy to navigate and the price was right! Thank you Matty for installing the system and being super friendly and explaining how the hotwater system works.

From requesting a quote for replacement of our old faulty gas hot water service, until acceptance, planned supply and installation of our new Aquatec Rapid X6 Heat Pump system, the communication and professionalism of Ari at Melbourne Heat pumps was first class. Also thanks to his guidance on claiming a further government rebate. This made the replacement cost well worth what we paid. Thanks also to Gavin who arrived on time and as planned and also explained fully details of operation and Warranty. He was quick and efficient, great workmanship and also thanks to the electrician ( didn’t catch his name) who also did a great job. Overall I highly recommend Melbourne Heat Pumps for their help and support

After speaking with several companies, Melbourne Heat Pumps stood out for all the right reasons — honest advice, fair pricing, efficient service, and genuine follow-up support. Ari (Operations Manager) was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process feel effortless. We chose the Hydrotherm Fusion X8 Heat Pump HWS and it has been performing beautifully so far. In a market where many promise the same thing, this team genuinely delivers. Highly recommended!

The guys at Melbourne Heat Pumps did a brilliant job installing down our narrow blind side with minimal fuss. Highly recommend.
