5 star service. I've personally experienced why these guys remain in the top 5 of service providers. They know their stuff, and when things get difficult they are all systems go. I can not fault them, both the company and all staff. Very professional and customer experience focused. Thankyou.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience has happened too many times for me to stay silent. I have used this company multiple times because the installation and technical teams are actually quite good. The tradespeople were professional and the work itself was fine. The problem is the customer service. There is one female phone operator whose manner of speaking is consistently rude and hostile. After dealing with her on several occasions, it honestly started to feel less like poor customer service and more like being harassed for simply calling a company I was paying. As a customer, that is unacceptable. It is absurd to spend money with a business and then feel stressed every time you need to contact their office. I ignored it the first few times because everyone can have a bad day. But when the same behaviour keeps happening, it reflects a deeper issue with customer service standards. This review is not aimed at the technical staff, because they did their job well. But management seriously needs to look at how customers are being treated on the phone, because one person is damaging the reputation of the entire team.

I called them in an emergency as my water heater was leaking. They helped me over the phone immediately and walked me through the steps to troubleshoot. Also came out on the same day to talk through replacement options and provided a quote on the spot. Really appreciated their professionalism and quick time management. Can definitely receive service on the same day. Thanks team.

Their customer service is extremely poor. They provide no clear explanations and seem only interested in charging you an additional AUD 120 “insurance” fee. If you ask further questions, the staff become very impatient and may even hang up on you. First of all, if you don’t want to ruin your day, I strongly suggest avoiding their customer service hotline. Secondly, for anyone considering using their services, I recommend calling them in advance to test their service quality. Ask the questions you are entitled to ask and see how they treat you as a customer. This can give you a much better idea of their professionalism before committing. From my experience with their customer service hotline, I can confidently say that their website looks far more professional than the actual service they provide — don’t be misled by appearances. In the end, I chose to purchase from Bunnings, and surprisingly, the price there was even cheaper than their online quote.

My water heater broke down over the weekend, and I had the best experience with Same Day Hot Water Service. Marcus quoted very competitive and transparent pricing, as advertised on the website and organized technicians to come out on Monday. Tony and John turned up as expected on Monday morning and fitted the new system within an hour. They gave me a run-down of the system upon installation and happily answered my questions.
