one of my favourite features is the app. I can easily monitor the heat pump from my phone, switch between Eco and Hybrid modes, and check everything without having to go outside. The touchscreen is also very easy to use.

Thanks to Neopower, we now have a 200-litre solar hot water system installed. When our old water tank started leaking and the new system could not be installed immediately, the team arranged a temporary hot water tank to keep us going, which we really appreciated. Our plumber, Cameron, was professional, responsible and very thorough. He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed properly, kept me updated after the work was done, and even returned to check and finalise the installation. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
