Same company, new name. Old one went out of business. Rebranded from Metro Heating and Cooling under FERGUSON ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING PTY LTD ABN 67 649 711 688. Failed to remedy faulty units, had to pay a third party to remedy it for me and they failed to reimburse.

The team at Victorian Water Heater Program were amazing. I had an emergency where my old gas hot water system stopped working. Victorian Water Heater Program promptly arranged for the installation of my new Aquatech X6 heat pump hot water system by Daven and Andy. Both did a great job, very friendly and professional. Daven was very diligent and focused on the task and both made sure to clean up after completion. Hot water has been amazing and more than enough for our household. The noise hasn't been an issue either. Very happy and will not hesitate to recommend Victorian Water Heater Program to friends and family.

Great service, responded promptly to enquiries and offered different options. Installers attended on time and completed their work efficiently. Looking forward to seeing some savings in my energy bills!
