Victorian Water Heater Program

Victorian Water Heater Program carries out hot water replacements and new installations, and the accounts left by customers focus on how well those jobs are run from the first enquiry to the final clean-up. A number of reviews mention that swapping an old gas or electric unit for a heat pump model was handled without fuss, with trades arriving when they said they would and finishing promptly.

Named installers, among them Ben Ferguson, Caleb Perry, Daven, Andy, Liam, Sean and Luke, are often praised for being approachable, patient and happy to talk through how the various systems work, including the pricing and the options available before anything was booked. The work described covers both urgent breakdowns and planned upgrades, and specific units such as the Aquatech X6, Hydrotherm X8 and the RAPID/X6 solar model appear in the feedback.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the care taken to tidy the site afterwards and the improvement in hot water once the new unit was in. Customers also value the updates about arrival times, the competitive quotes and, for one household, the availability of finance. The common thread is an orderly service that leaves homes with dependable hot water.

Same company, new name. Old one went out of business. Rebranded from Metro Heating and Cooling under FERGUSON ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING PTY LTD ABN 67 649 711 688. Failed to remedy faulty units, had to pay a third party to remedy it for me and they failed to reimburse.

The team at Victorian Water Heater Program were amazing. I had an emergency where my old gas hot water system stopped working. Victorian Water Heater Program promptly arranged for the installation of my new Aquatech X6 heat pump hot water system by Daven and Andy. Both did a great job, very friendly and professional. Daven was very diligent and focused on the task and both made sure to clean up after completion. Hot water has been amazing and more than enough for our household. The noise hasn't been an issue either. Very happy and will not hesitate to recommend Victorian Water Heater Program to friends and family.
