Green Waters OZ

Swift installation and genuine helpfulness are the themes that come through most strongly in accounts of this Reservoir operator. A replacement hot water unit often arrives the day after the first call, and reviewers repeatedly note that rebates were organised so the amount paid out of pocket dropped sharply, with one commenting on the effect on their energy bill. Ease of dealing with the team is a point that comes up often, the work described as professional and the completed job left clean.

Ershad is named for arranging a booking at short notice and for being reachable when assistance is required, while George the plumber is portrayed as friendly and straightforward to converse with. Fitting water tanks features among the jobs mentioned, including work carried out for another tradesperson's clients. A relaxed, obliging manner runs through the feedback, together with the impression that issues are resolved without drama and that guidance offered is honest. Quick turnarounds, tidy finishing and clear communication before and after each visit appear throughout, leaving customers to describe the experience as uncomplicated and the cost as money saved rather than spent.
