Incredible service. Just as the winter hit and I was in need of a service the team was straight onto it, diagnosed the issues and ordered the parts and fixed it with precision. My fire place has Never looked better, I had the team expertly refurbish my old set up. Brilliant work! Super happy…

Quoted $380 gas fireplace service. Unfortunately we needed a part which I was then quoted an additional $1K for an ignition switch bringing the total to $1,380 (I was aware parts were extra). After a quick look online the same part they showed me came up for $363 delivered (would be cheaper wholesale). When I questioned the cost the conversation became very aggressive very fast. It was a fair question asked calmly which then escalated very fast as they seemed to be surprised I looked up the price in front of them. I was then asked rudely to pay immediately the $380 call out or the $1,380 if I wanted the heater fixed. I don’t like being ripped off (happy to pay $$ for excellent service but additional deceiving markups on parts is taking advantage). I was then offered for them to remove the part so I could buy myself and they would return to install which I declined as the trust was already lost by their behavior. I'm now left $380 out of pocket, a fireplace not working and mess on the floor that they just left as they rushed off to the next job. I always try to support small business so overall a really frustrating and disappointing experience. Invoice attached to prove how dishonest this business is now stating they investigated a job from last week and couldn’t find it.
