Hot Water System replacement. From the start, office was responsive and scope of works were clearly laid out on the quote. Plumbers who attended (whose names I unfortunately forgot) rocked up on time and did a great job with install. Apart from an MIA Sparkie (who did attend and did a great job also) there were zero issues. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future plumbing.

If I could give more stars I would! Absolutely faultless service from the time of booking. Willem was really lovely, super polite and explained everything to me. He did a fantastic job fixing our showers.

We had top to bottom plumbing out due to water pressure issues. They were able to identify where the problem was very quickly & rectify it. We were very happy with the service, professionalism & most importantly the price! I’d highly recommend them.

Have engaged Top to Bottom Plumbing on two occasions on a do and charge basis. They came within 24hrs. The work was carried out efficiently and in a Tradesmen like manner. I was pleased with the cost on both occasions. No signs of a rip off element. I would not go past Top to Bottom Plumbing. I got a price for the first job from a local competitor and they attempted to rip me off. Quoted $1200 to replace a isolation valves in the ceiling. Employed Top To Bottom. Price $380. Says it all.

All started with the initial phone call. Admin staff were lovely, helpful, caring and even put me on a quick list if the team were available before the initial booking date. I went from a 5 day wait till the next day. The two young plumbers that arrived were absolute gentlemen and knew exactly what I needed and offered the best suggestions. They even fixed my other toilet as it was deteriorating aswell. The price was a surprise, a good suprise, definitely relieving for the amount of stress my household issues had caused. Will be first point of contact for all of my plumbing needs! Thanks again team, well done with your staff, their beautiful manner and professionalism.
