From the initial quote to the final installation, the customer service from ABA Trades was outstanding. The lad (I’m hopeless at remembering names 😬) who came to our home was knowledgeable, took the time to explain our options, and made excellent suggestions to ensure we chose the best split system for our home. His enthusiasm for the company was obvious and gave us confidence that ABA Trades values its employees. We accepted the quote on Friday and were pleasantly surprised to have the installation booked for the following Monday. The installation lads arrived on time and were friendly, polite, professional, and worked seamlessly together. They genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, which again reflects positively on the company. A huge thank you to the whole team (sorry again, I’m hopeless with names!). We couldn’t be happier with the service and would happily recommend ABA Trades to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

just wanted to say how pleased I am with the result today. A ‘simple’ single downpipe job but Trent and co were friendly professional and it looks great. ABA were very responsive and able to schedule the job in a short timeframe.

After being let down by another plumbing company over the weekend I called ABA Monday morning. Daniel came out promptly & quickly assessed our sewerage blockage came under SA Water jurisdiction. He contacted them on our behalf and they were also very prompt & blockage was cleared by 5pm. Many thanks Clive Henley Beach S.

Brendon provided great service yesterday. He arrived at our house quickly. Was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. Thoroughly recommend!

I'd like to thank Daniel for the initial inspection and Audrey keeping up with all the hard work in the beginning process and Trent and George for doing an excellent job with the finishing work in the shower area. They were friendly, professional, and completed everything exactly as described. The workmanship was great, and they made sure everything was finished properly. A special thank you to Jacob as well for helping with the booking and arranging everything smoothly. The whole process was easy and hassle-free from start to finish. Shaun came from Pt Adel. To Chandlers Hill to troubleshoot our gas heater fault. He had an excelent attitude & helpful with quotes. Expensive, but once decided on replacement & date was set, we had prompt help by Brendan, Zade & Summer, to install a new unit. Gas couldnt be connected as we also had a gas leak. So a temporary elect. water heater supplied till next day. Trent & Zade returned to replace gas line. They did a good job. Brendan came back when completed to commision heater with sparky Jarrod. Works great. Nothing was too hard for them, very efficient. Nikki in the office was helpful too! Thankyou all so much, look forward to ongoing servicing by a great group who cover so many trades.

Both the installation guys were great. No issues at all. I was still in a bit of shock from the price but their performance eased that pain. It was great to have it done the following morning too. I'll keep them in mind. 4.5 maybe 5 star install. 👍🏼
