After Hours Plumbing Adelaide

Adelaide residents repeatedly note the professionalism and friendliness of the plumbers who attend their homes. A point that comes up often is the readiness of staff to walk customers through each stage and to outline options without pushing work that is not required. Chris, Terry, Ben, RC, Robert and Lucy are named in feedback and described as knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Punctuality and speed draw consistent praise, including a last-minute request where several installations were finished inside a tight timeframe after additional tradespeople were arranged.

Reviewers describe a broad spread of jobs: clearing blocked sewerage, swapping out a cistern and toilet, renewing aged pipework and servicing a stormwater system. The standard of the completed work is a steady theme, with tasks finished promptly and neatly. Customers also appreciate the care taken on site, the clear communication before and during the job, and the way problems were resolved. One account describes a plumber flagging further items worth attention, while another thanks a staff member for attending on a public holiday. Kitchens and bathrooms feature among the work, alongside general maintenance and repairs.

RC was fantastic. He arrived promptly and was very friendly. RC knew how to fix the issue and got the job done straightaway. I would highly recommend RC to anyone who needs a plumber.

AVOID this SCAMMER company by any means! Don't believe the fake google reviews! Please search for "Metropolitan Plumbing Scam" on google, it is a well known predatory company chain that operates under many names, After Hours Plumbing is one of them. The technician who came to our house even wore a shirt saying Metropolitan Plumbing. It is a classic OVERPAYMENT scam. Just the call-out-fee was $141. Then they charged us $1,049 for simply connecting out plummed fridge to the tap. It was a very simple, 15 minute job, usually costing around $150-300. Unfortunately, we were new to the country and naive so we didn't realize in time that it was a scam... PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

Rc was awesome Fast efficient and quick. Explained the issue in depth and quoted. All work was through completed. Would use again

I was thoroughly impressed with RC's exceptional service! He was extremely friendly, efficient, and willing to help. I highly recommend him to anyone!

RC was really friendly and helpful in sorting out the plumbing issues. He even recommended other things to look out for and fix up. Was really nice to have someone that cares.

RC & LE Robert and Lucy were very professional, courteous and thorough in their work ethics, which was essential to the successful completion of a difficult kitchen sink blockage job.

We called After Hours for help since our toilet cistern was having problems. They provided a complete repair service, and our toilet again functions well. Excellent job!
