BT Plumbing and Gas Group

Trustworthiness runs through the feedback for BT Plumbing and Gas Group, with reviewers in Toowoomba describing tradespeople who turn up when promised and stay in touch from the initial call until the job is finished. That pattern holds for routine maintenance as well as for larger contracts that required council approval. Quotes arrive quickly, and a recurring observation is that the amount invoiced matches what was quoted, which customers note is increasingly rare.

The standard of work attracts consistent admiration across a wide spread of tasks, from an instant hot water unit swapped in for a solar system to leaking shower taps, general repairs, bathroom makeovers, extensions and new builds. Crews are described as leaving the site clean and tidy, working fast and efficiently, and taking the time to identify the actual source of a problem rather than simply swapping parts. Steven is singled out as a favoured plumber, and Bryce is credited with inventive solutions and a helpful manner. Long-standing commercial clients who have returned over many years report the same dependable outcomes on each project.

We had a slight roof issue.. Bryce and the team turned up on time for quote and job. Awesome communication. Great work done. Highly recommended. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I hope they're better plumbers than they are driver's. Whichever dope was driving their van doesn't know how to indicate or check their mirrors.

Good quality and professional service. Job was completed to an excellent standard and promptly. This was a major job and involved working with the council to get approval.

Fast friendly service. Leaking shower tap replaced within less than 2 hrs of my initial call. Very happy thankyou, definitely would recommend and use again.

We had been told everything was fine by another plumber even though they replaced a part the leak continued. Bryce Tobin Plumbing arranged a time to check it out, kept it, found the reason for the leak, explained it and fixed it. We will be using them from now on.

Very impressive business.clear communication from first contact, did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it.The who did the work was quick, efficient and left the siteclean and tidy. Thank you.

I recently had an instant hot water system installed by Bryce Tobin Plumbing and Gas to replace solar hot water . Bryce came out did a quote and provided it very promptly. After I confirmed the service was booked again very quickly. The install was completed by a very professional tradesman to a great standard. The invoice matched the quote which was great, and not that common these days. I will not hesitate to call Bryce again for any of my future plumbing and gas needs
