As a Commercial Property Manager, I have consistently had a positive experience working with Craig Southey Plumbing. It is always a pleasure dealing with Ricki Lee, who is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to assist whenever possible. She always does her best to accommodate urgent requests and ensure jobs are attended to promptly. I am extremely appreciative of Ricki Lee and the entire plumbing team for their reliability and excellent service. Just had our hot water system replaced called them yesterday and they were able to come out today. The plumber was beau what a great young guy very professional and he did a great job. He and the company should be proud.

Requested a quote 6 months ago paid $100 still waiting even after making a phone call every 2 weeks a being told the person doing the quote was out on a job or off sick. I asked for a refund no luck there. Not happy as our rainwater tank would be full by now.

I have had a toilet and a Gas/Electric oven replaced in recent weeks, from Ricky-lee taking my booking to work being completed was effortless. Michael was prompt, polite, and friendly organised electrician for oven removal and replace. Took away my old oven. Thank you Team.
