DYFA Plumbing

DYFA Plumbing has built a long-standing relationship with homeowners around the Sunshine Coast, and the feedback points to a service that is responsive from the first call through to completion. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the free quote and the speed with which inspections and repairs are scheduled and carried out, whether the task is a blocked bath, a tank water tap installation or the inspection of temperature limiting valves. Customers describe the office team and the attending servicemen and women as professional, friendly and helpful, with Ben, Joel, Joseph and David singled out by name for their hard work.

The standard of the finished work is a recurring theme, with installations described as swift and precise and larger jobs left tidy and clean. Clear communication before and after the work is repeatedly praised, including reports sent through following inspections, and questions answered thoroughly with problems remedied on the spot. Reliability, punctuality and honest pricing are noted, and many indicate they would call on the team again, with the tank water tap installation and clearing of a blocked bath among the tasks customers recall.

Reliable, prompt, honest and great communication. Highly recommend and will use again.

These guys are awesome. We had some Blackwater backing up from the toilets in a commercial offic on Friday afternoon. They leapt into action and solved the problem straight away. Legedary service.

David was fantastic, hard working and did a great job. For such a big job, the work was very tidy too. Really happy and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing, very helpful, answered all my questions, and was able to get the job done in great time. Very appreciative!

Quick response. Fixed the issue. Wonderful staff at the office. Plumber Ben was awesome!

Poor communication, poor time management from projecting 1 day and being 3 days without consultation and arguing with the customer is an old golden rule some how lost by this company. Maybe this plumbing company will improve if their is a next time.

Arrived at time booked. Installation was done swiftly and perfectly. Personable and left everything very clean. Extremely happy!
