Elite Wastewater & Plumbing

Builders, homeowners and businesses managing wastewater systems form the bulk of the accounts left for this Bundaberg plumbing outfit, and the pattern across them is consistent. Ross is named in almost every account, with his technical knowledge and depth of experience singled out repeatedly, particularly on septic and HSTP work, where reviewers note that installation crews took greater care than those normally seen on such builds and left sites clean and levelled. Brooke draws frequent mention for how easy she is to deal with over the phone, and the two are described as responsive and accommodating, including when construction timelines shifted.

Emergency call-outs feature often: a flooded office and a failed aerator pump are both cited, with the replacement part supplied and delivered within hours. Fair, competitive pricing comes up as a recurring theme, as does clear communication before, during and after each job. A number of customers describe coming to the business after trouble finding a reliable local operator, and remark on the peace of mind that followed once their systems were restored. Promptness, efficiency and a willingness to take on difficult work round out the picture.

Very happy with the service Ross and his team gave us 😊 I would highly recommend elite wastewater and plumbing. Thanks again guys for your awesome service. Cheers Susan kolstad 😊

Our envirocycle septic system warning sounded soon after midnight last night, which I muted! After evaluation this morning, I found the aerator pump (Secoh HDK-80) had failed, so I looked online and phoned around to find prices exorbitant for a similar model in a different brand. Though when speaking with Ross, I discovered he had the exact model I wanted, and at a far better price... and he dropped it off at my home only a couple of hours later! Great service straight up. Ross is a very friendly and helpful fellow, who also gave me advice re our envirocycle and other plumbing matters... so we've just found ourselves a new plumber! When he was about to leave, I discovered that Elite Wastewater and Plumbing also have their own excavator and tipper, so can dig to install tanks, and perform other earthworks... I'm going to have a few more jobs for Ross!!

Ross and Brooke champions for a new comer to Septics in Bundy. Just so thankful for their wisdom and experience.

Very pleased with all aspects of the job. Well done Ross and Brooke

Ross and Brooke from Elite Waste Water and Plumbing were able to come out promptly to replace a failing septic/grey water system at very short notice. The work was outstanding and the price was exactly what was quoted even though Ross had to do a lot of extra work to replace the existing (dodgy) plumbing that had been hooked up by previous owners. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service our office was flooding with waste water and they came to help straight away these guys are AMAZING!

Ross to the rescue! I had struggled to find a local, reliable company to look after my wastewater management, which eventually led to the downfall of my entire system, until I was put in contact with Ross! His prompt, efficient, and exceptional customer service had my system back up and running in no time. Ross’s knowledge and professionalism give me total peace of mind that my system won’t fail again. Highly recommend!
