I called Daniel in a panic when our hot water cut off after a power outage - this was in the middle of winter. He was incredibly kind and helpful, even explaining how our particular setup worked and the possibilities of the fault. He had a tech out to my home within hours of my call, expressing his sympathies for being without hot water. When Brad came out that same day, he was positive and reassuring even with the challenges of my particular house layout. And he tested his diagnostics were accurate before quoting me for the replacement of the system. Before the end of the day, I had a new system installed and functioning hot water. While pricing is so important, you can’t put a value on the insanely quick turnaround for something so crucial, let alone customer service that makes you comfortable.

Called Daniel late Thursday afternoon to replace our hot water system. Job booked for 8 am the next day, Jake arrived on time, he was very personable, provided a reasonable quote and great advice on options. Harry called in to help and both were great. Job completed by early afternoon. Terrific, prompt customer service, would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Was notified of their ETA and arrived on time. They cleared my blocked drain and let me view what the problem was using their drain camera. They advised me of options regarding reducing the possibility of future blockages and cost estimates. I am impressed with their equipment, skills in using the technology and explanation of how is works. All this gave me the ability to choose a solution that fitted my budget and expected length of residency. Their teamwork is exceptional.

Brad came out to fix my bathroom drains as they were badly blocked. He was able to unblock them successfully. Whilst he was completing the task I mentioned to him about the gas hot water taking so long to heat up. He showed me by taking off the gas meter cover which by the way was 14 years old where I could plainly see the internal condition had been leaking and had considerable rust. He then quoted me the price to install a brand new one which I was happy to accept. So now I have a brand new gas meter which more than likely will last another 14 years and my drains are working as they should.
