Highly recommend. These guys helped us out in a really bad situation. They assisted us to make the best decision for our family without any hard sell. They explained it all and made sure everything was working including reattaching another problem whilst they were at it. We had some troubles with the neighbour and the plumber was so professional through the whole thing.

Service was outstanding across the board. The initial call I spoke with Michelle and she was very warm and personable and provided honest potential costs. There was capacity for same day service which was fantastic, with offer for plumber to notify me if running late…which was honoured in a timely way. My plumber was Nathan, and he was extremely ethical, professional, knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish, explaining his process at every point and supporting informed choice making at every issue. It felt like old fashioned service and care, something that I wish to highlight and say a big thank you to Nathan and Michelle - of how much it was valued and appreciated.

Mitch was a respectful, diligent, detailed and friendly tradie. He communicated well with my 90 year old mother whilst also undertaking a thorough service of her gas heater. I would recommend him to others

The building trades as a whole don't attract a good response from the clients they serve. In particular the plumbers, in my dealings are no exception. In the case of Grant Chugg plumbing I can not thank them enough for the work they did for me. As an owner builder we too don't have the best track record either. Grant Chugg plumbing as a company from the pleasant front of house staff to management and the staff on the ground it was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to have them involved in my project until it's completion. Well done and thanks again.
