Hanlon Plumbing and Gas

Plumbing maintenance and gas fitting around Toowoomba form the backbone of the work described by customers of Hanlon Plumbing and Gas, and much of the praise centres on the tradesman they know as Mitch. Several reviewers describe him as arriving exactly when arranged and resolving problems without delay, whether the task is a leaking pipe inside a wall, a damaged roof, a worn outdoor gas fitting or the installation of a valve to manage household water pressure.

Communication is another consistent theme, with customers describing the process as straightforward because he explains what is required before and after the job. The finish is described as thorough and the work area left clean, without mess. His manner also draws frequent comment, with reviewers calling him friendly, helpful and pleasant to have on site, and noting that he made time for their questions.

Sensible charging is mentioned by more than one customer, including for a job that required travel beyond the local area, and the resulting bills are described as reasonable. Repeat business features strongly, with some clients having relied on him for close to a year across routine maintenance and urgent repairs, while a newcomer to the district was grateful for a roof patched ahead of a cyclone.

Mitch was very helpful and made time for my inquires.

Sensational work completed by Mitchell. It's clear to see he takes pride in his work, accompanied by exceptional customer service.

We recently bought a property in Toowoomba which is 1.5 hours from us. We couldn't get out there to address roof leaks that we were told (and saw evidence of) in one of the bedrooms. We were 1 day out from a cyclone and Mitch went out there and patched it for us to mitigate it. A good egg, and very kind. And the cheapest bill ever from a plumber. We can't be more grateful to have a person and a trade that is just a decent human being. Thank you. Genene & Ian.

Was in a bind and needed a plumber to come and examine a clogged pipe. Hanlon had good reviews, so decided to reach out. Service was quick, professional, friendly, and the issue was resolved quickly. I also managed to get a dodgy shower head replaced in minutes, killing 2 birds with one stone. Very much recommend Hanlon Plumbing!!!

Mitch is my go-to plumber whenever I need anything. He is always happy to assist and does a wonderful job! He is great with communication and provides a great service. I would recommend him 1000 times over.

Mitch recently completed a number of maintenance jobs and installed a water pressure reduction valve at our home. His service was prompt and efficient: communication was amazing. We were impressed how easy Mitch made the process and would highly recommend!

We called Mitch on 2 separate occasions.. He arrived promptly and went about fixing our plumbing issues. He explained everything to us before completing the work in an efficient manner. Great work 👍🏼 we'll be calling you mate for any future work! Kat and Chris
