J R Plumbing and Gas

Replacing and relocating gas hot water units is the work that comes up most often in accounts of this Bundaberg team, with customers also describing the repair of associated pipework and the tracing of a small leak near a gas bottle. Punctuality is a theme that recurs, from technicians arriving when promised to a call-out taken after hours and sorted without fuss by a technician named BJ. Communication before and during jobs draws consistent comment, with messages sent ahead of visits and clear explanations offered once the work was done.

The neat finish and sound quality of completed jobs are noted alongside fair rates, and the courteous manner of the staff is mentioned regularly, with Connor singled out for explaining a problem thoroughly. Dealing with the office is described as straightforward and pleasant, and one account records that an undetected leak was identified and repaired during a scheduled visit. Organised tradespeople, considerate scheduling and tidy results are the points that keep appearing across the feedback.

J R Plumbing are the very best. They keep you informed all the time, have reasonable rates, and the staff that attend are friendly are very courteous, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

We had a small gas leak near our gas bottle, and Connor and another technician came out to fix it. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they arrived promptly, and had the issue fixed within about half an hour. They were professional, friendly, and Connor explained everything clearly.

Called JR P&G after hours, young lad BJ came out and got the problem fixed asap. Was very friendly and professional and wasnt bothered at all with it being after hours. Cheers
